Surplus Management

Leki Aviation is a specialist in the management and marketing of commercial jet surplus. We offer airlines and leasing companies a ‘hands-free’ approach to their surplus management, and have the experience to achieve the best possible profit and sales. Leki financially invests in the stock (logistics/marketing/repair and overhaul) to be able to offer the best possible marketable condition and availability.

Our knowledge of the marketplace and our worldwide locations enable us to be in the best position for marketing and purchasing for your requirements. We have expertise in all sectors including rotables, consumables, interiors and GSE.

Leki Aviation has been involved in a number of projects for the final stages of an aircraft’s life. These have varied from complete tear-downs to cabin fuselage sections, cockpit sections and complete interiors including components.

Leki is able to partner with airlines, leasing companies and engine suppliers to market and sell material from tear-downs.

Leki Aviation holds over fifty shipsets of passenger seats in stock, varying from new condition 737NG 16g to older fleet 9g equipment. We maintain a variety of options for 737 and A320 aircraft, and 757, 767, 777 and A300 seats are frequently available.

25+ Repair Centre technicians are Sogerma factory trained and have wide experience with flight deck and attendant seats from most manufacturers.

Projects have included refurbishment and rework of Sogerma, Ipeco, BFGoodrichandBE/Transaeroseats.

Our parent company, Leki Aviation hold extensive stocks of cockpit and attendant seats available for sale or exchange to support customer requirements.

25+ Repair Centre 11

Passenger seat repair and refurbishment is completed by our experienced team. Utilising knowledge gleaned from previous projects working alongside airlines and leasing companies, we have the capability for seats from manufacturers including Weber,Sicma,Brice,BEAerospace,Recaro,SogermaandPTC.

Critical requirements are supported by over 10,000 line items of spares available from stock and access to Leki Aviation seat stocks enable quick, efficient turnaround of projects.

As an independent company, 25+ Repair Centre utilises extensive industry contacts to identify design agencies for approval of seat modifications and supply of LOPA’s as well as the best providers for manufacture of cushions and covers.

25+ Repair Centre is a total solution provider for the refurbishment of seats.

The 25+ Repair Centre battery shop caters for main and emergency batteries from all the major manufacturers.

The Saft factory course formed the basis of our training. We service productsfromSaft,Marathon,Page,Grimes,Diehl,Bruce,andRadiant.

We hold an extensive stock of emergency batteries and can offer immediate replacements to enable fast and efficient supply.

25+ Repair Centre 13

25+ Repair Centre specialises in the repair and refurbishment of cabin interiors. Stocks of spares and tedlar are regularly replenished to ensure we can offer a fast and efficient turnaround of work.

The repair centre works closely with Leki Aviation and boasts a pool of over 30 complete interiors,100 lav modules and 300 galleys available for rework and refurbishment to suit specific interior configurations, including high density.

The 25+ Repair Centre PSU and Lighting shop has test equipment supporting PSU’s utilised on most current passenger aircraft. There is also an extensive stock of PSU panels from 737C, 737NG, 747, 757, 767, 777 and A320.

Lighting products supported by the shop include Diehl, Grimes/Honeywell, BruceIndustries,AvtechandPageAerospace.Exchangesandloansareoffered on all lights.

The electronic shop also hold test equipment and capability to repair IFE items, such as PCU’s from Matsushita/Panasonic.
