Lights. Capitalizing on this very fact and the widespread success, we present to you the "LED Edge Street

Lighting Range". Designed by a state-of-the-art lighting system to harness the power and efficiency of LED

technology, LED streetlights deliver an environment friendly solution while bringing uncompromising

brilliance in efficiency, performance, longevity & style. With a life span 5 times longer than that of an

average lamp, LED streetlight is a special range of application oriented LED products based on Optics, Power

and Thermal Management.

ENVIRONMENT FRIENDLY

Crafted with care, committed to the cause of a cleaner, greener earth, LED streetlight embodies our concern

for nature. 100% environment friendly, they have zero harmful emission and a guarantee of 80% lumen

maintenance even at the end of 50,000 hours of operation. This LED range offers a number of environmental

advantages over other types of lighting. The longer component life of the fixtures means less waste. They

contain no mercury.

LOWER GREEN HOUSE GAS EMISSIONS

LED streetlights reduce the amount of energy used and ultimately help to reduce the carbon footprint of

your municipality. The DOE estimates rapid adoption of LED over the next 20 years can eliminate 258 million

metric tons of carbon emissions.

REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE

LED products are made using a total of 20-25% (by weight) post-consumer recycled materials. Seventy

percent (by weight) of LED components are aluminium castings and extrusions that are readily recyclable.

Corrugated packaging is 100% recyclable.

LESSER ENERGY CONSUMPTION

Energy savings from LED streetlights, for typical street lighting applications, is generally 40-60% compared

to traditional high-intensity discharge (HID) products. Lighting controls using wireless and power line carrier

technology can be added to further enhance overall savings.

PRECISION OPTIC TECHNOLOGY

Optic is a direct-refractor that minimizes light losses and provides superior target performance. Light from

LED is directed where it's intended, without any waste. The effective combination of precise optics and driver

efficiency allows LED Edge streetlights to deliver significantly improved overall lighting performance using

less energy compared to traditional system. To ensure precise optics we use high efficiency lenses.

LENS

• Lenses are made of high quality optical grade PMMA material having very high average transmittance.

• They provide exceptional colour mixing result with the highest efficiency, this is due to the careful

engineering and precision manufacturing process.

• These lenses have oval beam angle resulting in excellent light distribution as required for roadway

application.

EFFICIENT THERMAL MANAGEMENT

Proper thermal management is key to longevity. Each light bar is mounted to heat sinks to ensure that LEDs

are operating at the ideal temperature.

Attractively styled high pressure die cast housing acting as a heat sink.

Housing is epoxy powder coated in dark graphite grey colour.

To control LED street lighting depending on traffic flow, communicate data between each street light using Radiocraft RF Transceiver

Module. The computer based control station from which the entire area can be monitored & controlled using GPRS/GSM wireless

communication.

To control light on/off, individual dimming, group dimming, and some environment condition by just sending a simple command from

the PC/Laptop/ Server or your tablet.

The control system GUI can designed as per customer requirement.
