destinations in Europe for a last-minute luxury break this autumn.
Ranging from the mountains of Andorra to the shores of the Albanian Riviera, these
destinations are perfect for Irish holidaymakers looking to make the most of the very end of
summer.
Top 10 most affordable luxury destinations
Based on average prices for four- and five-star hotels, the below list shows 10 luxury
destinations that won’t break the bank.

The rankings show that:
The Balkans is the best region for affordable luxury at late notice, with the top four
destinations found in the area.
Bulgaria and Spain are the best countries for a cheap last-minute four- or five-star
break, with two destinations each in the top 10.
Eastern Europe is still the best place for high quality at low prices, with six of the top
ten found here.
