Inexpensive, practical and extremely versatile - know and appreciate builders and craftsmen of our laminate profiles. A closer look at these seemingly modest products reveals unexpected attributes. The support material is a medium-density fibreboard, also called MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard). It is a relatively young product but nevertheless is to the wood material products family one of the most commonly used worldwide. No wonder, because in spite of resource-saving production it is characterized by

technical and physical properties that are comparable to those of hardwood. The use of high quality raw materials and cutting-edge pressing technology ensure maximum dimensional stability and component strength. The fine film casing gives the solid core an aesthetically pleasing appearance and the enormously wide range of lacquered and highly resistant decorative foils leaves nothing to be desired.

1 BASE MATERIAL

The base material of our laminate profiles is MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard), which takes into account the internationally recognized standards E1 and EN120 when being constructed.

3 DECORS

A large selection of high quality varnished decorative foils, suitable for all laminate flooring which are also highly resistant to cleaning agents, chemicals and mechanical stresses.

2 ADHESIVE

Glued with excellent adhesion and absolutely environmentally friendly composition.

Completely photorealistic with detailed 3D optics. For an unrestricted variety of printing options, a further, decisive process is now available. Thanks to the internally designed state of the art printing system our customer’s imaginations are now possible on all types of motifs whether that be photographs, graphics, patterns or text. We can print any of these with unprecedented perfect resolution. The result is crisp, high-contrast patterns and photo opportunities that are characterised by quality, brightness, rich colours and an amazingly precise detailed reproduction. This innovative printing process from PEDROSS supports a wealth of detail and is impressively effective at displaying pictures: Each motif or pattern can be represented as a true copy that one can hardly distinguish it from the original.

The digital printing process like this speaks volumes for the digital process that creates harmony to the floor by accomplishing a realistic look. Once you find a harmonious floor style, exactly matching to your skirting board is now as simple as taking a digital photo.

The floor style, regardless if it is wood, stone, vinyl or individual styles, is digitally scanned and transferred at a ratio of 1:1 onto the veneer. Creating a 3D look that merges with the floor. The advantages are obvious. Earlier a compromise would have been sought so the skirting board or profile that would come close but not be perfect to the appearance of the floor. Today you can find the perfect skirting board, the exact image of your floor. So now the rarest and most ambitious of floors can be uncompromising „framed“!

HUGE VARIETY OF DECOR CLASSIC TO EXTRAVAGANT

We have a large selection of decors that can be quickly and easily matched with your floors. With our two sample books for skirting and scotia and also for floor profiles you will always have all the standard films to hand. The great advantage with PEDROSS foil is that you will have no colour differences between selected and produced decor, which you may have to fear from conventional products. This is because you will receive the original image and not just a picture copy, and secondly, the decorative pattern is available in the minimum size of 65 x 240 mm. See for yourself, look how easily and quickly our foils can be matched.

High-quality substrates and special surface treatments ensure that our floor profiles lose none of their beauty even during intensive use over many years. We guarantee the best possible ruggedness, scratch resistance and gloss and colourfastness of our products and have them audited and certified by independent institutes. The abrasion resistance of our floor profile was evaluated in rigorous tests and is certified by the renowned German development and test laboratory for wood technology with the quality seal AC3 and AC5. A guarantee of quality to which we can rely on for a lifetime.

The MDF-laminate skirting boards of PEDROSS are available in a variety of profiles from the restrained and simple to the striking and expressive types. All decorative styles are covered. Also available are reducers, transition and end prof iles as well as stairnoses.

In order to offer you the greatest of flexibility we agree with you directly the order quantities. The profiles are available in the standard length of 2.4m. Custom lengths are available on request.

The intelligent and unique, invisible skirting board fastening system, CLIPSTAR (Patent number EP1866503) allows for not just a quick and easy installation.

It is suitable for all standard skirting board prof iles (40-100 mm height and 14-22 mm thickness), allows for the irregularities in masonry, hiding annoying cable and allows for the multiple mounting and dismounting of the skirting board without tools using. This will ensure that all anyone fitting this system can shine as home craftsmen.

To provide the completed perfect result, the tailored PEDROSS skirting board accessory for the outer and inner corners can be used. The mouldings are simply attached to the ends of the skirting boards - a miter cut is not necessary.
