Individual, sourced naturally and easy to maintain - a few words to describe the advantages of the PEDROSS real wood veneered prof iles. It is though worthwhile to take a look at the composition of our prof iles; their qualities are as versatile as the product itself. Spruce wood is used as the base material due to its robust nature and ensures product stability, strength in the prof ile dimensions and is resistant to wood tearing.

The real wood veneer layer, which is applied to the base material, with its warm, natural radiance lifts any living environment and thus contributes to a harmonious and contemporary ambiance. Thanks to a wide choice of finishes, the prof ile adapts each floor and thus every living and lifestyle preference. Finally, a resistant coating is applied to protect the veneer surface from abrasion, scratches and dirt.

The direct pressure printing process onto the veneer rather than sheet paper enables us to represent an image that could be indistinguishable from the original version. The digital printing process like this speaks volumes for the digital

process that creates harmony to the floor by accomplishing a realistic look. To create the exact match to your floor is as simple as taking a photograph. The floor style, regardless if it is wood, stone, vinyl or individual styles, is digitally scanned and transferred at a ratio of 1:1 onto the veneer. Creating a 3D look that merges with the floor.

The intelligent and unique, invisible skirting board fastening system, CLIPSTAR (Patent number EP1866503) allows for not just a quick and easy installation.

It is suitable for all standard skirting board prof iles (40-100 mm height and 14-22 mm thickness), allows for the irregularities in masonry, hiding annoying cable and allows for the multiple mounting and dismounting of the skirting board without tools using. This will ensure that all anyone fitting this system can shine as home craftsmen.

THE PERFECT FINISHIN THE CORNER

To provide the completed perfect result, the tailored PEDROSS skirting board accessory for the outer and inner corners and end pieces can be used. The mouldings are simply attached to the ends of the skirting boards - a miter cut is not necessary. If a decor does not correspond completely to your desires, we will supply you with personalised digitally printed corners strips for that perfectly completed look.

STEPSTARTHE VARIABLE STAIR NOSINGS SYSTEM OF PEDROSS

We are pleased to present this system development from PEDROSS that despite its diversity is very easy to use. Where traditional up to 15 different products could be used, STEP STAR can serve as one complete prof ile by combining all the features of these products in the same system.

The unique foldable height-compensating element allows the use of this stair nosing system for laminate, cork, veneer and multi-layered floors from 7 to 18.5 mm height.

The internally developed PEDROSS compensation element marries these unique benef its by adapting of the stair nosing on every floor heights between 7 to 18.5 mm by 1 mm increments with an additional f ine adjustment of 0.5 mm. The lamellae are each folded in turn and thus reach the desired height. The height is printed on the disks themselves and the unused sections are easily separated and removed. A patented system that reduces stock levels on a single stair nosing system!
