Praise and gratitude to the God Almighty because only for His Blessings and Wishes the Indonesian Pediatrician Association (IDAI) of North Sumatra Branch was honored to hold

th the 18 National Congress of Child Health of Indonesian Pediatric Society (KONIKA XVIII) in Medan. We will do our best to facilitate this events and make sure that all participants will bring the best memorial from Medan.

SPONSORSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Please complete the Sponsorship Application Form and Contract and return to the secretariat by email to [email protected] at your earliest convenience.

• In order to avoid problems, please send a copy of the bank's transaction to the Secretariat.

• Payment should be made in INDONESIAN RUPIAH by bank transfer in FULL AMOUNT.

• Guarantee letter for sponsorship payment valid only until 1 (one) month after event concluded.

• Printed material for advertisement must be received in time and in the proper format. Late submissions will not be included. The Organizer will not accept responsibility for late deliveries and cannot guarantee for the inclusion.

• The highest corporate sponsorship will be prioritized by the Organizing Committee to choose the benefit.

• Sponsorship booking will be based on first-come-first-ser ve basis. Acceptance of sponsorship will be confirmed by the Organizer.

If KONIKA XVIII Medan 2020 is cancelled due to typhoon, earthquake, flood, fire, social unrest or other causes beyond the control of the Organizing Committee of the Congress (force majeure), the Organizing Committee of the Congress reserve the right to cancel the Congress within 14 (fourteen) days before the event. If this should happen, the Organizing Committee will return the sponsorship item after deducting the expenditures occurred. The deduction should not exceed 20% of the original sponsorship.
