1st Week Activities

a. Business building activities, sub activity :• Members meeting at Building A Universitas Negeri Jakarta

on March 5th, 2013. Begins with determining such things as: Which locations will be selected to find a tailor who will

implement the design and survey packaging via internet,

Determine what kind of dress will be designed, Calculate the quantity of the product.

• Tailor survey conducted on March 5th-7th, 2013 at Utan Kayu, Pemuda, Tegalan, dan Pisangan Baru Finding compatible tailor. ranging from the ability to make

clothes. Negotiate to a few tailors for a fair price.

b. Marketing activities, sub activites:• Providing the design for 8 days, start from March 8th to 16th,

2013.Begins with sketching on paper.Group meeting to determining which design will be selected.Flat sketch using Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe

Illustrator.

2nd Week Activities

a. Business building activities, sub activity :• Packaging survey for 5 days, March 12nd-16th, 2013.

Find out through one of our friends how to manufacture a

paper bag made from recycled paper.

Looking for eco-friendly paper bag provider via internet.

Discussions, determining which plan will be used, online

shop or the members create their own.

b. Marketing activities, sub activites:• Making clothes flat sketch on march 8th-16th

2013 in one of members house.Flat sketch using Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe

Illustrator.c. Production activities :• Submitting material to the tailor. It was held

on March 13rd, 2013 to Pisangan Baru, Jakarta Timur.

3rd Week Activities

b. Marketing activities, sub activites :• Early Promotion for the business via social

network on march 19th, 2013.Introducing our new business, what kind of

product to be provided via Twitter and Facebook.Twitter and Facebook Business account is fitme

official.

c. Production activities :• Follow up wristband vendor on March 20th

2013 By Phone.contact the vendor wristband via sms and phone

to ensure that when the goods will be complete to produced and shipped as time agreement.

4th Week Activities

• Taking clothes on March 26, 2013 in Pisangan Baru, East Jakarta.Checks the output during pickup the product.The clothes condition as requested by our group

previously.

• Taking wristband product on March 28th 2013, The product has been sent to one of member’s storage.The product were sent using courir.Checking the wristband including the quantity

match with the order, and condition.

• Mouth to mouth promotion that held in a few places like college and houses.We introduce and offers our wristband to everyone.
