flooring, so you can customize your home’s look to fit your

personal style, unique design and preferences.

We will show you multiple floor plans to choose from, each

with your needs in mind. We will discuss options that will fit

your desires and lifestyle.

We will show you how your future home will be placed on

your homesite, oriented for optimal views and outdoor living

Within two weeks we will schedule your

appointment with your Interior Designer at the

Signature Design Center.

You and your Designer will select the interior

finishes, distinctive touches and personal flair that

will beautifully bring together each aspect of your

new home.

You will enjoy lunch from us, with wine and snacks in the afternoon as you reflect on the home you are creating.

And to top it all, at your request, you will be treated to a

one-hour design session with a Charlene Neal PureStyle

design consultant.

take it outsideWhile your interior design team works to finalize pricing on your indoor selections, you will also meet with our outdoor living teams.

Your Waterscapes Pools & Spas team will explain

your options and create a swimming pool and spa

designed to fit your vision.

Outdoor kitchen professionals will walk you

through outdoor living possibilities to complete

your exterior entertainment desires.

ready, set, go!Once your personal selections and final pricing are complete, your new luxury home will begin to come to light.

We will meet with you for a pre-construction overview to

review all of the contract and construction documents.

You will meet your Signature Construction Manager and

review your plans, selections and the construction process,

so you will know what to expect.

During the three hour pre-construction meeting we will

provide lunch.

To celebrate the completion of this milestone, we will gift you a relaxing spa session. Enjoy!

your personalized priceYou have expressed your desires and intentions for your new home. Time to find out what kind of budget to anticipate.

Now that we have captured your plan changes and

personalization desires, your Concierge Team will

work on the best budget and pricing alternatives.

You will meet with your Signature Associate to review

pricing. You’ll receive a guaranteed price, all based on

your requests and expectations.

Our easy to follow and transparent contract process

ensures there are no surprises when your home is

complete.

Upon approval of final budget, the Purchase and Sale

Contract is then finalized.

We will take you through site meetings and send regular updates during construction.

The reveal day arrives! For the first time you will see new home on all its splendor.

Your Signature Construction Manager will give you

a tour to review the structure before the drywall,

mechanical and electrical installations. You will see

first-hand our award-winning quality and attention

to detail.

A landscape professional will meet with you to review

landscape design and give you the opportunity to

add personal touches to the look and feel.

We will send you updates along the way, including

photos at various stages of your home’s construction.

Time to enjoy the orientation walk-through of your

new home!

We will demonstrate all the custom features of the home

and review care and maintenance information.

You will receive warranty and care instructions for your

home’s appliances and mechanical equipment.

the keys to your heart

A week after your new home orientation and

walk-through, we will meet to review and sign

the closing papers and finalize ownership.

It’s yours! You’ll receive the keys to your new home and a special gift to thank you and welcome you home.just as you

It’s time to call your magnificent new home your very own.

the concierge treatment continuesEven after you have taken ownership, Neal Signature Homes continues to serve you.

We will arrange an appointment where you will be shown how to make the

most of your home’s smart features.

We will schedule an appointment for you to learn the ins-and-outs of your

sparkling new pool and spa.

You will receive a Concierge Team check-in 30 days after move-in.

At 11 months, your Concierge Team will check in again and provide a one-time

voucher for an exterior pressure wash.
