Intel Group Exercise Class Descript ions

EXOS - Meet your health and wellness goals with the next generation of EXOS Group Training powered by EXOS, formerly Core Performance. Our 12-week programs are offered at the beginning of each quarter and are designed to progressively enhance your current fitness level – no matter your starting point – through a variety of engaging and fun classes. Because success requires rest, between each new session we will focus on recovery, plus more fun challenging activities including friendly competitions and events. JOIN ANYTIME, NO SIGN UP NEEDED, JUST SHOW UP READY FOR FUN!

EXOS Coaches’ Corner – EXOS performance specialists will be available onsite during these scheduled hours to help you learn how to maximize your time at the gym and take the guesswork out of your workout. Show up to say hello, ask a question, or get a quick correction on your form. EXOS Fundamentals: Learn the Core Essentials to get fit and feel great. The class consists of two phases repeating for 3 weeks each over the course of 12 weeks followed by one week of recovery and fun challenges.

EXOS Metabolic Challenge: Feel stronger and leaner with this energizing plan. Pick up the pace during these fat-blasting circuit workouts. This class has three phases each lasting 2 weeks, repeated for 12 weeks, followed by one week of recovery and fun challenges.

EXOS Regeneration: Group sessions specifically designed to facilitate recovery from physical activity or work stressors. Specific focus is placed on autonomic nervous system balance, flexibility, and soft tissue management.

EXOS Total Body Strength: Get strong and feel powerful with this full-body plan. The classes consist of four phases each lasting 3 weeks, followed by one week of recovery and fun challenges.

BODYPUMP™, the original LES MILLS™ barbell class, will sculpt tone and strengthen your entire body, fast! BODYPUMP™ challenges all of your major muscle groups while you squat, press, lift and curl. BODYPUMP™ choreography and chart-topping music is refreshed every three months, so with your choice of weight and highly-trained instructors you can get the group effect and the results you've been looking for! BODYPUMP™ is equipment intensive, so please arrive at least 10 minutes before class starts for setup. Class is 60 minutes in length and suitable for all fitness levels.

Circuit/Interval is a dynamic class that combines high energy cardio and strength intervals on and off the step using hand held weights, resistance bands, and various calisthenics to improve cardiovascular endurance while building strength.

Core & More 45-60 minute class designed to give you a great overall workout. Core sections focus on lengthening and strengthening the muscle groups surrounding your torso. Cardio sections are interspersed to give a heart rate boost and stress relief.

Hip to be Fit is a 50 minute cardio workout incorporating a combination of different formats of movement from step to kick box to traditional hi/lo impact to old school calisthenics, and instructor’s choice. The choreography level is in the medium range, but the intensity is set to challenge an individual’s cardio fitness level.

Step aerobics is a fast-paced workout with exciting choreography and dance patterns to challenge participants while giving them a great cardiovascular workout. Simple, fun, and effective -- STEP into it!

Step & Strength 75 minutes in duration. Class time and availability varies. Some Saturdays may not have class. Contact Annette to be added to the distribution list for weekly updates.

Total Body Workout is a 50 minute non-cardio workout focusing on the major muscle groups. Hand-held weights and resistance bands are used to perform exercises resulting in increased muscle strength, muscle tone, posture, and balance. The class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Yoga A mind-body workout that incorporates basic poses to build strength, improve balance, and flexibility. This contemporary style yoga class brings about the balance of mind, body, and spirit. For class location, visit the Chandler Inside Blue site.
