It is precisely this hybrid of qualities that brings home the award for Innovisor. "Innovisor has impressively achieved significant growth in a fast pace. It is not least due to Innovisor’s innovative thinking and exemplary services that crosses disciplinary boundaries, delivered to a carefully selected group of customers," says chairman Steffen Lüders from the Advisory and Knowledge Services Committee in the Danish Chamber of Commerce. While most awards are given to companies based on its past performance, the award from the Danish Chamber of Commerce recognizes the potential for Innovisor to become a significant frontrunner in the knowledge services industry. It is an independent jury established by the Danish Chamber of Commerce with extensive knowledge of innovation and knowledge-intensive industries that has selected Innovisor as the winner in the creativity and advisory category. A clear strategic view The level of ambition is very high in Innovisor who found a highly specialized niche within social network analysis. The company expects to achieve a growth of 40 to 50 pct. annually over the next three years. Innovisor’s network analysis is used to identify and optimize the most value-creating relationships, knowledge and processes within an organisation. This helps organisations execute their strategies with higher cost-efficiency, speed, business impact and with less risk. "We have few competitors in the world who are able to conduct social network analysis that can be used with millimeter precision to challenge senior management on the strategic management operations in a company. We introduce a framework that enable organisations to capitalize on their strategies in terms of greater productivity, increased competitiveness and management efficiency," Jeppe Hansgaard explains. Innovisor lives up to its name and involves all employees in the innovation process, when creating new ideas it often happens in close collaboration with customers. The award also recognizes Innovisor for the company's strong focus on challenging and keeping the knowledge of the employees up to speed by offering extensive training at some of the world's leading business schools. Today international sales account for 15 pct. of Innovisor’s revenue and the company plans to open its first representation outside Denmark shortly.
