Headquarters is a custom-built facility in the textileheritage heartland of West Yorkshire. This 60,000 ft2complex houses bulk stock piece-goods, cut-lengths,computerised sampling and cutting distributiondepartments plus wallpaper and curtain polewarehousing, supported by off-site stockholding

warehouses and a sample manufacturing unit. Withpartner businesses in Ireland, France, Germany, theNetherlands, South Africa and China plus tradingalliances in over 100 countries, goods are sent daily todestinations worldwide.

Set within a computerised warehouse and usingsophisticated barcode-based technology, thePrestigious Textiles cut length department processesall cut orders received by the group around the world.With the team working multi-shifts to ensure and

maintain exceptional service levels, orders are picked,cut and inspected before being despatched by courieron a daily basis.

This enormous stockholding warehouse is a highvolume digitised facility which has been custom

designed to hold and manage vast amounts of stock.Full rolls, large orders and packed goods are received,assigned and shipped every day to meet the demandsof a truly global client base: the warehouse is also thestockholding resource to support the cut lengthdepartment.

The sampling team is responsible for the continualdespatch of pattern books and waterfalls. Here, thefamiliar Prestigious Textiles branding is never faraway, with the sample department also taking care of

all point-of-sale support and merchandising materialsin addition to providing the cuttings service for bothfabrics and wall coverings.
