A Message from the NJRs: The International Junior Branch Conference was held this year in Salvador, Brazil. 88 Participants from across the world joined together and explored what it truly is that we call Junior Branch. With “Times of Change” at their doorstep, JBers welcomed opportunities to discuss motions and create project that will further our Junior Branches. This recap is a break down on some of the key point and moments from this year’s IJBC. Trainings:IJBC 2013 offered many parallel sessions which included various trainings. 12 exceptional facilitators took on this task and presented topics including:

Recruitment, Motivation, Educational Content, JB Issues, Age & Capacity, Internet Content, Chapter Development, Intercultural Communication, Branding, Regional Cooperation, Strategic Planning and Walk the Cube.

Dow facilitated the session on Strategic Planning and Amy taught the world how to Walk the Cube!
