i-Initiate was established with the vision to participate and contribute to India’s growing needfor skilled manpower and going beyond conventional mainstream education. Methodology

All our programs are interactive and include audio/video aids, requiring active participation from the trainees. Case studies, role plays, quizzes, games, assignments and regular assessments are part of the curriculum. We prefer a blended approach of delivery using tools like Skype, Google chat, etc. to enhance the training program. The delivery methodology can be through classroom teaching, virtual teaching or blended.

We provide detailed Study material, Faculty Guides, Worksheets and Assessment Papers for each Program to maintain our high standards. Random sampling is also undertaken for quality assurance. The trainees are taught in groups of 25 to 30.

Teaching and learning is organised both on an individual basis and in a group setting. We have, at each step, mechanisms to ensure sustainability in the Training processes and strengthen them. Our skill instructors are nurtured with continuous learning and development opportunities.
