HYTORC Customer Calibration Certificate Portal Introduction This document covers calibration certificate management and tool inventory. It shows how to search, view and print your calibrated tools certificates and view your tool inventory in our online database.

Registering for an Account *If you have received a username and password from your rep you can skip this step and jump to page 7.
Register for an account with the HYTORC Customer Portal by going to http://portal.hytorc.com in your browser. Choose “Login” on the left hand side of the screen. NOTE: Firefox is the preferred browser although Chrome can also be used. We recommend avoiding Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Beneath the login screen you will see links for “Forgot Password” and “Register
Click the link to “Register”.

You are presented with a registration form. Choose your location from the drop down list. Most HYTORC locations are been pre-entered. If your location is not present, choose the most suitable one. Send an email to [email protected] with the details for the missing location to have it added to the list. Your account profile can always be updated at a later time to correct any information.
After adding your information click the “Register” button at the bottom of the form. You will now see a confirmation screen where you can review the information you entered and correct it if necessary.
Click “Confirm” to submit your registration form.

Upon confirmation, you are presented with a screen that says, “Registration succeeded. An email has been sent to your email address, please click the link in the email to activate your account.” The portal checks to make sure your email address is unique and only allows one account per email address. You will shortly receive an email from the system. As per the instructions, click the link in the email to activate the account.
After clicking the link in the email, your browser will open and load the login page with a green alert notification to let you know your account is now activated.

HYTORC Customer Portal Login Log onto the HYTORC Customer Portal by going to http://portal.hytorc.com in your browser. An account will be set up and a username and password will be provided for you. NOTE: Firefox is the preferred browser although Chrome can also be used. We recommend avoiding Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Enter the username and password provided and click “login”
The welcome screen consists of the main image and the menu on the right hand side. The options available to a “Calibration Certificate Viewer’ are Calibration Certificates by Account, Tool Inventory by Account and the ability to Change password. In the top right hand side of the screen in the red header your name will appear with a logout button. Logout is also available in the left hand menu.

Calibration Certificates Click on the “Calibration Certificates by Account” link in the menu. The Calibration Certificates screen loads. All columns are sortable by clicking on the column heading.
You can click on the Serial Number or the magnifying Glass icon to view the record. You can click on the “Certificate” number to view the calibration certificate PDF file, which opens in a new window.

Tool Inventory Tool Inventory is available for all customers, technicians and repairmen. Click on the “Tool Inventory by Account” link in the menu. The Tool Inventory screen loads. All columns are sortable by clicking on the column heading.
Click on the “Serial Number” to view that tool’s record. The Tool inventory and Calibration certificate records will be linked in a future version of the portal.
