    Bupa Me is an application (app) that conveniently allows Bupa members to check any information related to Bupa insurance. The information that members can check or obtain themselves via the Bupa Me app includes:

    1. Log into the 'App Store' (for an iOS device) or 'Google Play' (for an Android device) and search for 'Bupa Me'.2. Install the Bupa Me app by clicking the 'Install' button and following the required steps.3. You can also choose to install the app by scanning the QR code on the right that is appropriate for your device.

    1. You can log into the system by entering the 'User Name' and 'Password' you have created.2. If you forget your password, you can contact Bupa by clicking the 'Forgot Password' button. Bupa will send you an email that will allow you to reset your password.

    1. When you log in for the first time, the 'User Agreement' will pop up with the terms and conditions for using the Bupa Me app for you to accept. Please click in front of the phrase Accept the Terms and Conditions of This Agreement and click the 'OK' button.2. Click 'Register'.3. Fill in all of your personal information.

    HOW TO VIEW INFORMATION ABOUT MEDICAL FACILITIES IN THE BUPA NETWORK

    When you log into the system, you can view various items by clicking on the Menu icon at the top left of the screen and choosing 'Member's Information' (Member Info). The system will show you the details you have entered such as personal information, financial information and beneficiaries etc.

    Click on the 'Menu' icon at the top left of the screen and choose 'Benefits' to display the details of the benefits of your policy.

    You can search for a medical facility in the Bupa network where you can receive medical care without paying out of pocket by clicking on the 'Menu' icon at the top left of the screen, then choosing Hospital Search. In some cases, you might have to pay for your medical expensesout of pocket and file a claim for reimbursement later with Bupa, such as when your case is a non-standard case under special conditions.If you wish to search for the medical facility nearest to your current location, click on 'Map' on the top right of the screen. The system will display the message 'Bupa Me Would Like to Use Your Current Location'; click 'OK'.

    Note: the Bupa Me app will display whether the member has inpatient coverage. The coverage limit will be shown on the E-Card. You can view it by clicking 'Contract and Membership Card' and then choosing 'E-Card'.The application can also display the coverage limit for accident-related outpatient treatment (ER accidents), outpatient coverage limits and the remaining coverage in the Bupa claim system (if any).

    Click here when you want to edit the details related to your 'Member Info'

    Click the check mark to activate the SMS service to receive information and enter your telephone number (this service is free of charge)

    Click the check mark to activate the email notification service to find out the outcome of a reimbursement claim filing after you have directly paid your medical expenses out of pocket. You need to provide your preferred email address for receiving notifications (this service is free of charge).

    Note: if you hold more than one policy with Bupa, the system will display coverage information for all of your policies with us as long as you have provided the same basic personal information for these policies.

    1. Click on the 'Menu' icon at the top left of the screen and choose Claim Search.2. The system will display the records of your reimbursements (claims) as well as the status of all the reimbursements (claims).

    Click on the 'Menu' icon at the top left of the screen and choose Shortfall Search .Note: Non-covered expenses means expenses not included in the coverage or exceeding the benefits specified in the table detailing the benefits of the policy.For example: you receive treatment as an outpatient and request the use of benefits under your Bupa membership card. However, Bupa later finds out that the illness you have been treated for was a pre-existing illness you had before you purchased your policy. In this case, your medical expenses will not be covered and you will have to repay Bupa following the terms and conditions of the contract.

    1. Click on the 'Menu' icon at the top left of the screen and choose 'Setting'.2. You can edit various settings including choosing language (Thai or English) and changing your password. You can also read the 'User Agreement' here.

    1. If you encounter any problems while using the app, you can send a message via the Bupa Me app by clicking the 'Menu' icon at the top left of the screen and choosing 'Contact Us'.2. On the 'Contact Us' screen, you can choose any of the various channels to get in touch with us including telephone, email, and Bupa Me's contact system.3. If you wish to contact Bupa via the Bupa Me contact system, you can enter a Topic about which to contact us and enter information into the Message field, then click the Submit button.

    Accepted (in green) means your claim has been approved.

    Accepted (in orange) means your claim has been rejected. You can view the reason for the rejection by clicking on the button.

    Accepted (in green) with the message In Process at the bottom left of the screen following the payment date means your reimbursementclaim is going through the process.

    Notes: the system will display the progress of your reimbursement (claim) filing as follows:

    You can view your own Bupa membership card (E-Card) by clicking on the 'Menu' icon and going to 'Contract and Membership Card' and choosing 'E-Card'.

    Note: The information displayed on your Bupa E-Card is in line with your health insurance plan.

    If you encounter the message Your membership has expired, that means your membership has expired butyou can still 'log into' the system for another 120 days after the date your membership expires.

    If you encounter the message Your membership is Invalid, please contact the Bupa Call Center, that means your policy still has not come into eect.
