Parent Referral Program Earn FREE Tuition by referring your friends, co-workers or family member to us! If

you provide us with their name, email address and phone number, we will make contact with them to share information about Children’s Lighthouse.

As the referring family you will be credited a FREE week of tuition for your oldest child

after the new family has been with Children’s Lighthouse for four (4) continuous weeks.

Please see the Front Desk or Ms. Lisa for information about our Parent Referral Program.

SUPPLY REPLENISHMENT

CONVENIENCE SERVICE

On the rare occasion that a child runs out of toileting supplies

(diapers or wipes) and a parent cannot immediately replenish

supplies. We will now offer parents a temporary supply

replenishment convenience service.

The convenience fee for one (1) diaper and wipes

will be $2.50 per occurrence.

The fee will be added to the following week’s billing ledger.

HOURS OF OPERATION ARE

6:30 AM TO 6:30 PM

Parents, your children must be picked up by the close of business.

Per the Children’s Lighthouse Parent Handbook, a LATE PICK UP FEE will be charged to

your ledger/ account if children are picked up later than 6:30PM (based upon our clock)

LATE PICK UP FEES ARE: 6:30 pm to 6:40 pm –$10.00 flat charge

For every minute past 6:40 pm - an additional $1.00 per minute will be charged

ROOM 3 MS. AILEEN, LEAD TEACHER

Hi and hello to our wonderful parents,

This month of April will be a fun one for our room. Our theme is

BUBBLES, MUD, & PUDDLES. We also will be practicing eating

with spoons at meal time.

We are introducing and reviewing the color PURPLE and the

shape of OVAL. WATER is our baby sign this month. The song is

“Five Little Ducks”. The rhyme is “Rub a Dub Dub”.

Some more of the students have been practicing walking. We are

all continue to use gross motor skills.

In addition to all the fun, we will be doing many creative art projects

We want to give a great big warm welcome to all our new students in

ROOM 4 MS. JACQUE, LEAD TEACHER Hello Parents, Room 4 had a great March. We welcomed new friends Naomi, Landon & Payton to the class. We experienced planting a string bean garden and continue to watch it grow. Look for toddlers hard at work in the month of April with a CONSTRUCTION theme. Hello Parents, This month we will be learning about LIFE CYCLES. This month’s character value is FAIRNESS. As the weather has been cold one day and hot the next, please make sure that your child has a jacket or sweater. Please label all your child’s belongings. Spring is upon us and that is inspiration for many colorful art projects this month. In addition to our curriculum, we are working on learning our last names as well as answering questions in full sentences. We are seeing so much improvement in all our students. ROOM 7 MS. TERI, LEAD TEACHER Greeting Room 7 Families!

In March we welcomed Ms. Annie to our classroom. We are so

happy to be with your children in Room 7. We also welcomed new

friends Embry and Alina! March ended with the Spring Festival,

Open House and Egg Hunt – It was a great success! Thank you for

participating!

The theme for April is LIFE CYCLES; in Science and Nature we will

study INSECTS & FROGS. Our Character Value for the month is

FAIRNESS: The letters we will be introducing are: X, Y, and Z.

During Circle Time activities and reviewing the letters that we

learned: A, B, C, F, G, I, J,K, L, M, O, P, Q, R, S T and V. We are

learning to write and identify our numbers 1 through 10 and

continue to practice writing our names and practice precision

scissor cutting skills and writing our names.

Please notice that Daily Communication sheets are now in your

Child’s folder at the end of the day. PLEASE CHECK YOUR CHILD”S

FOLDER EVERY DAY.

During cold, flu and allergy season we ask that on Fridays you take

home nap time blankets and pillows for washing. We continue to

encourage students to cover their mouths when sneezing and

coughing and to wash hands often.

goal to make learning a fun experience for your child.

Hello Parents! It’s going to be another busy month in Room 9! As we start the month of April, we will be learning about life cycles, insects, frogs, and toads. We will also be incorporating lessons about Spring, Fiesta, and Earth Day. For Earth Day we will be doing a special project with recyclable materials.
