Dinamika otvorenog vodonosnika u uvjetima umjerene klime

Voda ulazi u podzemlje infiltracijom zbog kišenja ili otapanja snijega, i otječe putem izvora i rijeka. Nesaturirana zona varira u debljini kako pada vodno lice tijekom suhe sezone i raste u vlažnoj sezoni.
