    A century old process of electrolysis is the foundation for this technology.

    Utilizing electrolysis, which is the separation of water [H20] into its components of Hydrogen and

    Oxygen, is the initial step in the process.

    By combining distilled water with a catalyst and introducing an electrical voltage to this solution, begins

    the electrochemical process of separating water into its parts.

    The water travels from the reservoir through the cell and then back into the reservoir. So, no water pumps are

    needed.

    The key to this circulating system is the way our HHO dry cells are designed. The EnerTek HHO Dry Cell reduces the

    fuel consumption over all by creating a more efficient combustion cycle.

    This more efficient combustion cycle allows you to use less fuel at the same throttle setting.

    Increase in efficiency lowers throttle setting for the given power production and therefore reduces fuel consumption

    for traveling a given distance.

    The water fuelization system converts the water into Hydroxy gas and makes thermal energy.

    From the Hydroxy gas the heat generation device will convert into water energy. This flow is called Hydroxy system

    energy cycle.

    HHO system is composed of HHO Gas plant and Hydroxy system combustion system (boiler, furnace etc.)

    *The high efficiency Hydroxy is compact and easy to operate, and specifically safe because there is not explosive

    hazard like LPG gas containers.

    * The Hydroxy gas is used as necessary and useful flame for every thermal process.

    Hydroxy Gas mixed combustion system is the solution for environment issue and energyproblem.

    If a company owns existing facility (industrial boiler, heating furnace, melting incineratoretc) the company can have Hydroxy mixed combustion system (Min 5% of total Energy) tomix and burn Hydroxy Gas with conventional fuel to solve it environment issue and energysystem. We can save 20% combustion fuel.

    This plant supplies Hydroxy Gas 24 hours into the combustion chamber of existing facility.

    The Hydroxy Gas is mixed with conventional fuel and burned together.

    This melting incineration technology is a new technology.

    Hydroxy Water Energy Incinerator system is working in high temperature pyrolysis melting

    incinerator by water energy system.

    It is composed and linked of Hydroxy Plant and Hydroxy Gas melting incinerator by the

    unique heat generation technology of Hydroxy gas.

    Its special feature is to use water energy instead of LPG or LNG in order to supply energy

    for perfect combustion.

    Working Principle

    A combustion chamber is prepared in the incinerator and it has the most complete combustion condition of Hydroxy gas.

    Combustion heat of syngas and combustion heat of Hydroxy gas make synergy each other to create high temperature of 1400-1800°C. It can melt everything and it doesn’t produce

    any ash.

  • •Energy from water: The thermal energy is from heat generation of water not from electricity

    •Oxygen effect of water energy: Hydroxy gas is the mixture of hydrogen and oxygen in the ratio of 2:1 as water it is. Because of oxygen in nature burns the gas perfectly, it is an ideal fuel. Such an oxygen effect

    makes better combustion condition to make a high temperature and heat.

    •Value of oxygen: Because Hydroxy gas from water (2H+O) contains oxygen for perfect combustion. Hydroxy gas combustion apparatus does not need a blower and chimney.
