As a Payroll Officer - HR, My Responsibilities are as under: -
**Payroll Management: - • End to end processing of (monthly) payroll(s).• On-going maintenance of payroll system and updating payroll records. • Liaising with staff and Management on payroll related queries.• Overtime booking in the system and Monthly report preparation to see the financial impact. • Maintaining Annual leave, Sick Leave, Admin Leave and all other leaves.• Update of system on Monthly basis for New Joined Employees and Separated Employees.• Calculation of End of Service Benefits (EOSB) and Gratuity.• Pro-rata Calculations for Air Fare, Annual Leave and other Benefits• Processing increases and calculation of back pays, (Adjustments) • Assisting Payroll Manager with month end consolidation. • Reconciling payroll related GL accounts. • Calculating annual leave provisions/accruals.• Undertaking required reporting, both internal and statutory reporting. • Statistical reports related to Payroll, Employees, and Compensation /Benefits for Management.
**Employees Compensations & Benefits: -• Performance Appraisal / Employees yearly Increments as per policy and procedure• Performance Bonus / Employees performance benefits as per policy and procedure• Organizational Structure & Fitment of Employees / Standardization• Employees Training & Development (EHS Awareness, Language Skills, Work Related Trainings etc.)
**HR / Admin Related: -• Employees Offer Letters (as per job specification, grade, salary package etc.)• Employees Contracts• Correspondence for Employees (Employment Letters, Salary Letters, Bank Transfer Letters, etc.) • Correspondence to Employees (Warning Letters, Termination Letters, Experience Letters, etc.)• Employees Accommodation, Transportation etc. Human Resources responsibilities including Payroll processing for 4,000 + employees, attendance records, recruitments, exit interviews and end of service records for employees, employee grievances on a daily basis, maintaining employee relations, salary revisions, promotions, set-up vacation and leave of absences, medical insurance, personnel file maintenance, reports on staff growth and employee satisfaction.
** Responsible for preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports and updating the program in Primavera P6 V8 on a weekly and monthly basis and monitoring project performance using Earned Value Management and S Curve analysis. In addition, responsible for reviewing and recommending approval of programs and earned value calculations for complex projects.
