The morphological changes of cells are driven mainly by cytoskeletal dynamics and intracellular membrane traffic. We study mechanisms of cellular morphogenesis, and their roles in physiological and pathological contexts. Screening of novel inhibitors targeting the cellular morphogenesis are also being carried out.
