1PIF Graduate Development Program 2018

Provide graduates with necessary skills, training to support their future careers, while also fostering talent development.

Specifically designed to provide trainees with a comprehensive overview of operations at PIF and it includes regular assessments.

A world-class university course delivered by world top university, at PIF in Riyadh. This is in addition to on-the-job training with PIF. Program duration is eight months, delivered in two stages:

Stage 1: Classroom trainings (PIF Academy)

Stage 2 : On job training (OJT)

PROGRAM COMPLETION

Graduates will be assessed at multiple stages throughout the course, via a series of tests and project work. Upon successful completion of all program, graduates will receive graduation certificate from PIF.

Candidates who successfully meet the Eligibility/Entry requirement, and are ranked among the top, then will be asked to complete the following stages: (Three assessments coordinated by PIF)

Stage 1Pass the (the British Council English assessment)

Stage 3Pass the Interviews assessment(After successfully passing stage 2)

Stage 2Pass the (Numerical/ Logical/Verbal) assessment(After successfully passing stage 1)

Candidates who passed all three stages will be selected based on top cumulative scores
