GOLD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. All Avari Gold COMPLIMENTARY Accommodation Voucherswill be accepted by all Avari International Hotels, Avari XpressHotels & Residences, Avari Dubai Hotel and Al-Barsha HotelApartments upto the time the Hotel has less than 90% occupancyat the time, the reservation is made.a) In Pakistan, the Complimentary Accommodation Vouchers
will be valid only on Fridays & Saturdays but in Dubai, thesewill be valid on Saturdays & Sundays.
b) Complimentary Accommodation Vouchers may haveGovernment taxes applicable (as is the case currently in UAE),which have to be paid by the Member.
c) Complimentary Accommodation Vouchers will NOT beapplicable (or accepted):• When occupancy of that weekend is already at 90% or
higher (at the time the reservation is requested). However,the special, Avari Gold room rate may be used (subject toroom availability).
• During specific blackout dates due to “city-wide” activities(Dubai Expos, Arab Travel Mart, IDEAS, EXPO,INTERNATIONAL EVENTS, etc.). However, the specialAvari Gold room rate may be used (subject to roomavailability).
• For any reservations made through a Travel Agent, CorporateAccount, etc. {avari.com, OTA (Online Travel Agent) e.g.Agoda, Booking.com, etc.} and subsequently, requestedby the Member to convert the same against theComplimentary Voucher.
2. Avari Gold Special Discounted Room Rate and Terms:a) The special Avari Gold room rate will be honored AT ALL
TIMES (even over the 90% occupancy and also during blackoutdates). In other words, NO RESTRICTIONS when bookingthe room at the Avari Gold Special Room Rate, even duringhigh occupancy periods. However, please note, in the eventthe Hotel is already fully booked on your desired dates, suchreservations cannot be accommodated.
b) Avari Gold Members can book a maximum of 2 rooms perstay, provided the Avari Gold Card Member occupies one ofthe rooms.
3. Avari Gold Card Priority Room Reservation:All Hotel Reservation Departments have been clearly informedto provide FIRST priority to Avari Gold Card Members for theirroom reservations. Members are therefore, requested to contactthe Reservation Department directly, of the respective propertyof Avari Hotels.
4. 5. Government Taxes:Discounts are not applicable on Government taxes and servicecharges, but will be based and payable on the charges beforediscount, i.e. Full amount.

6. Restaurant Dining Terms and Conditions:a) Only one Avari Gold Card may be used per table/bill/party,
Avari Gold Cards cannot be combined. Hence, no separatediscount will be applied when the same party is sitting ondifferent tables to try to get maximum discount; nor will separatediscounts apply if two or more Avari Gold Card Members aresitting at the same table and want to use each of their individualCards to get discounts.
b) On Takeaway Orders, the Hotel reserves the right to restrictdoggie bag usage.
c) Food & Beverage discounts will be applicable in all therestaurants of all categories of Avari Group. However, AvariInternational Hotels solely reserves the right to restrict discountsat any time, at any restaurant or Food & Beverage promotions.
7. Banquet and Conference Terms and Conditions:No discount is offered on banquet, conference, meeting andevents.
8. General Terms and Conditions:a) Discounts will only be applicable on presentation of the original
valid Avari Gold Card, bearing name and photo of theCardholder.
b) Avari Gold Member needs to be personally present in orderto avail any dining discount or any other Avari Gold Cardbenefit.
c) The Avari Gold Card is valid until the expiry date printed onthe front of the Avari Gold Card.
d) The Avari Gold Card is for the sole use of the Member namedand pictured and is non-transferable.
e) Un-authorized use of the Avari Gold Card by any other personwill result in the Card being cancelled without refund.
f) The Avari Gold Card fee is non-refundable.g) If a Member does not renew his Avari Gold Membership in a
year, it will be treated as a New Membership in the future.h) A complimentary, duplicate Avari Gold Card will be issued in
the event of the loss of the original Avari Gold Card. However,no complimentary vouchers will be re-issued.
i) Avari Gold Card discounts will not be applicable on RoomReservations / Room Packages / Room or Food & BeveragePromotions or Special / Low Budgeted Promotions inconjunction with any other applicable discount through eitherCredit Card / Debit Card (vice versa) or it will be at thedescretion of the respective Hotel, e.g. Hi-Tea, SpecialDiscounted Meals or Promotions, etc.
j) Children will be considered for children’s discounts by theHotel, as per the Hotel’s Restaurant policy but in that case,the Avari Gold discount wil l not be applicable.
k) The right to refuse acceptance of the Avari Gold Card at anyoutlet, at any time, without cause, remains with AvariInternational Hotels.
l) Avari International Hotels has the unilateral right, withoutcause, to cancel / reject the Membership of any Member.
m) These Terms and Conditions may be updated / changed atany time without prior notice to the Members.

GOLD ACCOMMODATION BENEFITS
Complimentary Room Upgrade to the next category of
room with all upgrade benefits at check-in only, (subject
to availability).
(This will NOT apply to the complimentary weekend stay).
Guaranteed Standard / Avari World Traveler RoomRate:
US$ 150 + taxes (Single/Double) per room, per night
will be charged at Avari Towers Karachi and Avari Lahore
Hotel, (subject to availability).
US$ 100 + taxes (Single/Double) per room, per night
will be charged at Avari Dubai Hotel and Avari Al-Barsha
Hotel Apartments, (subject to availability).
US$ 85 + taxes (Single/Double) per room, per night will
be charged at Avari Xpress Hotels & Residences and
Beach Luxury Hotel Karachi, (subject to availability).
(Accompanying Children under 15 years will be charged
at US$10 + taxes per child, per night).
A Special Weekend Package, STAY for 03 NIGHTS and
PAY for 02, Friday to Sunday only. Room rate will be
charged as per the Avari Gold policy.
