JOIN US – from the very start

The World Championships is a prestigious event with ten-thousands of spectators at the venue and also through the media before, during and after the event. If you want to be a part of the VM2021 in Herning and simultaneously reaching an attractive and engaged audience, please contact us and learn more about the possibilities for sponsoring and advertising. The Icelandic horse: Robust, natural, friendly, versa-tile with lots of mane and tail, large color variation, beautiful, effortless gaits, and bursting with power. The small horses from the Saga Island are living symbols of authentic Scandinavian lifestyle and attract a dedica-ted fan base. Most Icelandic horse riders love new and old Nordic culture, adventure, family, quality equip-ment, travel, and sports. The horses have the ability to inspire and challenge both hobby breeders and pro-fessional farms, the 10 year old recreational rider and the ambitious sports rider and trainer. It is very unique.

Herning, in the heart of Denmark: The city of Herning has approximately 47.000 inhabitants and is located in the heart of Jutland close to the main highways. There are two international airports nearby: Karup, 25 minutes by car and Billund, 45 min. It is only 170 ki-lometers from the German border. The city is easy to reach and offers a wide selection of restaurants and accommodations for every budget. - The perfect city for an international event.

Target group:Youth, young adults and young-at-heart grown-ups with an over-average income are the main target groups of the Icelandic horse and guest at the VM2021 in Denmark. EXHIBITORS – PLACE YOUR EVENT IN OUR EVENTFood, fashion, lifestyle, music... Indoors or outdo-ors. Anything is possible. The World Championships contains facilities that have plenty of room for you, your brand and your ideas. We set the scene. - You use it. We offer a large variety of exhibiting spaces, so everyone will be able to find a stand that fits their needs and budget.You have different possibilities to place your pro-ducts in our exhibition area:

Stands indoor 675 DKR / 90 EUR per m2Included • Tent,floorandwalls

• 2 entrance tickets without seat

for each 18 m2 stand

• Parking space for 1 vehicle, max 3.500 kg

Please notice:Sizes: 3 x 6 m - 6 x 6 m - 12 x 6 m, multiple stands can be assembled into a larger unit

When buying more than 200 m2, additional par-king space for 1 vehicle is included, max 3.500 kg

At the stands, products that can be eaten or drunk are not allowed to be sold, as this requires a cate-ring agreement.
