    ORIENTATION FOR NEW / OLD GRADE 11 PARENTS AY 2016-2017

  • ATTENDANCE &

    PUNCTUALITY

  • -Students should be in the class

    line during the morning routine

    -Late students must secure a tardy

    slip

    -Unexcused tardiness of 15

    minutes or more shall be

    considered as cutting class

  • Excused/Unexcused

    Absences

    Only absence due to school-

    sanctioned activities are

    excused.

  • Excused/Unexcused

    Absences

    -a letter from the parents/

    guardian must be

    presented upon return to

    school

    - Absent Admission slip

    Absences

    For prolonged absence (3 or

    more days) due to illness

    -medical certificate and an

    excuse letter from the

    parents/guardian must be

    submitted.

    knee length; shoes can be black low-heeled

    pumps or ballet flats with white socks

    Tuesday SMART

    CASUAL

    ATTIRE

    Any blouse with sleeves, paired with either

    slacks or skirt of mid-knee length; ballet

    flats or pumps

    Wednesday CORPORATE

    ATTIRE

    Any collared blouse paired with skirt of mid-

    knee length; ballet flats or pumps

    (Note: A cardigan or blazer may be worn.)

    Friday CASUAL

    ATTIRE

    Any green La Salle shirt

    paired with denim pants; rubber shoes

    Make-up, long nails, nail polish,

    jewelry and other accessories

    (e.g. anklets, chokers, nose/ear

    studs, tattoos, etc.) are not

    allowed in school.
