There are a wide range of services and support available to you while you are a student at the University.

The main aim of all of the student services is to support you and help you make the most of your time here.

Accessing Student Services

Student Services Enquiry Team

• The Student Service Enquiry Team is located on level 2 of the Fraser Building

• The role of the Student Service Enquiry Team is to act as a single point of contact, where you can access advice, guidance and support.

• No question is too big or too small and the team can either answer the question or tell you where you can go to get an answer.

Student Services Enquiry Team

The Enquiry Team can also assist you with:

• Making payment for tuition fees, accommodation or library charges – although payment can be made easily online in MyCampus

• Replacing lost student cards

• Making appointments with the Careers Service or the International Student Support Team

• With Registry enquiries

• With information and guidance on using other student services such as Student Counselling, Student Disability Service and Chaplaincy

• Allocation of 3,500 bed spaces across 10 residences

• Accommodation options for all students (catered/ self-catered/single room/en-suite room/share with friends)

• Provides live-in pastoral support in all residences

Wellbeing - Student Counselling & Advisory Service

It is important you register early with a doctor and not wait until you become unwell!

You should register with a NHS doctor who is convenient for you to access.

In order to assist you there is also an NHS doctor located in the Fraser Building, ground floor:

• 10 Minute Daily Service @08.45 M-F/ Sunday & Tuesday Services during term time (see website)
