The ‘Fresh & Clean’ Laundry Project is based at the Coleshill Centre, Llanelli and provides training and work experience for participants who are interested in developing their skills and receiving work experience. Mae Prosiect Golchdy ‘Ffres a Glan’ wedi ei leoli yng Nghanolfan Coleshill, Llanelli ac mae'n darparu hyfforddiant a phrofiad gwaith i gyfranogwyr sydd â diddordeb mewn datblygu eu sgiliau a chael profiad gwaith.

Fresh & Clean Laundry Service
There are two levels of training that ‘Fresh & Clean’ Laundry offer:
Firstly a 7 week Basic Laundry Skills course which covers an
introduction to Laundry Skills including:
Learning how to look after clothes
Sorting clothes and identifying labels
How to use a washing machine safely
Procedures for line and tumble
machine drying
Correct storage procedures
How to keep the machines clean.
Secondly a 10 week more comprehensive
Laundry Skills for Supervisor course
which includes all of the above and additionally:
How to record laundry loads in and out
How to accept payments and balance the accounts at the end
of each day
Health and Safety training
Safe use of laundry equipment.
The Supervisor’s role will also include responsibility for the day to
day running of the Laundry and managing other staff members and
volunteers.
Training
The ‘Fresh & Clean’ Laundry Project is based at the Coleshill
Centre, Llanelli and provides training and work experience for
participants who are interested in developing their skills and
receiving work experience.
The unique quality of this Project is that all staff have had a
barrier to employment, which they have overcome. We
provide a high quality service and work with participants’ to
raise their skill levels and self esteem.
The ‘Fresh & Clean’ Laundry Project is an excellent
opportunity to develop participants’
skills as well as developing their
supervision and business skills.

Small - Up to 5kg £4.00 £5.00 £3.00
Medium - Up to 7kg £5.00 £6.00 £4.00
Large - Up to 10kg £6.00 £8.00 £6.00
Volunteers — that work for ‘Fresh
& Clean’ are able to receive time credits as a reward for volunteering. This is in partnership with ‘Just Add
Spice’ time banking. www.justaddspice.org
A small Wash & Dry is worth 2 Time Credits.

Yn gyntaf, cwrs Sgiliau Golchdy Sylfaenol
dros gyfnod o 7 wythnos sy'n Gyflwyniad i
Sgiliau Golchdy ac yn cynnwys:
Dysgu sut i ofalu am ddillad
Dosbarthu dillad ac adnabod labeli
Sut i ddefnyddio peiriant golchi yn
ddiogel
Prosesau ar gyfer sychu dillad ar y lein
ac mewn peiriant sychu dillad
Prosesau cywir o ran storio dillad
Sut i gadw'r peiriant yn lân.
Yn ail, cwrs mwy cynhwysfawr dros gyfnod o 10 wythnos mewn
Sgiliau Golchi ar gyfer Goruchwylwyr sy'n cynnwys yr uchod i gyd a'r
canlynol yn ychwanegol:
Sut i gofnodi llwythi golchi (i mewn ac allan)
Sut i dderbyn taliadau a mantoli'r cyfrifon ar ddiwedd pob dydd
Hyfforddiant Iechyd a Diogelwch
Defnyddio offer golchdy yn ddiogel.
Yn ogystal, bydd rôl y Goruchwylydd yn cynnwys cyfrifoldeb am
gynnal y Golchdy o ddydd i ddydd a rheoli staff/gwirfoddolwyr eraill.
Hyfforddiant
Mae Prosiect Golchdy ‘Fresh & Clean’ wedi ei leoli yng
Nghanolfan Coleshill, Llanelli ac mae'n darparu hyfforddiant a
phrofiad gwaith i gyfranogwyr sydd â diddordeb mewn datblygu eu
sgiliau a chael profiad gwaith.
Rhinwedd unigryw y Prosiect hwn yw bod yr holl staff wedi wynebu
rhwystrau o ran gwaith ac wedi goresgyn y rhwystrau hynny.
Rydym yn darparu gwasanaeth o safon uchel ac yn gweithio gyda
chyfranogwyr i wella eu sgiliau a'u hunan-barch.
