FINAN was founded in Ireland in 1993. The company was established with the aim to become the specialist providers of quality individual properties for clients with particular requirements, and ultimately to be able to deliver dream homes to clients. We identified this as a niche sector in the market, in contrast to typical speculative estate build.

This led to the establishment of FINAN in the United Kingdom in 2006.As part of the growth strategy, an alliance was formed with PILOSIO in Italy in 2008. PILOSIO have over 40 years experience in the global marketplace. PILOSIO operates across Europe, Africa, North & South America and more recently in Australia and the Middle East.

This in turn led to the launch of FINAN Formworks L.L.C in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Our core competences is in delivery of Formwork & Scaffolding for Sale or Rental, coupled with the complete engineering design service, on-going site support, manpower for erection and dismantle and sub-contract works.

Our network of offices and associate companies across the world caters for state-of-the-art formwork and scaffolding resulting in establishing FINAN as a dynamic organization.

The slabform system is a modern aluminium slab panel system. The system comprises of standard panels at 150cm x 75cm with varying panels to suit the floor grid reduced in size. The system can be supported by steel props or high capacity aluminium props, both suited to quick release head. This allows the beams and slab panels to be removed for utilisation on the next level, while maintaining the back propping in place. The system is highly efficient with the heaviest component weighing no more than 16kgs. Outputs of upto 30m2 per man hour can be obtained on erecting.

The system has many advantages for large slab area forming requirements achieving high outputs.

Advantages• Veryfaststrikingtimes• Longlifespanandeasytocleanandmaintain• Lightweightsystem• Safetyconsiderationsindesignincludinghighrise compatiability with safety screens and formwork hoists

The PL20 system is a flexible slab system for any floor heights or varying slab layout or thickness. It is a static strike and re-erect system.High load capacities can be achieved by utilising the beams and props to their ability and within the design parameters. The same beams are used as primary or secondary beam support. The support system is usually based on a steel prop system with maximum 35kn load capacity per prop. Both methods allow the use of a quick release head mechanism for removing the beams and retaining props for back propping purposes. The system comes complete with a range of sheeting, tripod prop support; quick dismantle head, 4 way and intermediate head, beam support stirrups and edge of slab supports.

The system is a tower support system compatible with the forming requirements of high floor levels, as well as large civil engineering adaptations such as bridges and tunnels. The system would normally use the PL20 beams as the primary and secondary members on the top. It is also compatible to use the high load aluminium props which can be joined together by gates between the legs to form a rigid high load support. The towers in both cases provide for safe operative access through the structure, as they build upwards-which is equally important for the striking and removal of the equipment after a pour has cured.

Advantages• Highloadcapacity• Norestrictiononheight• Interchangeablewithaluminiumsupporttowers• Safeaccesswhileerectinganddismantling

The ST110 Tableform is a large area flying table formwork solution for the construction of slabs. The innovative solution is the combination of the aluminium props attached to multiple spanned trusses with the ability to create large pre-formed areas of formwork for repetitive use. The truss can be used with PL20 beams, aluminium beams or the ST150 light weight steel beam as the secondary attachment to the truss, in order to take the formwork plywood. The system is highly efficient and safety-orientated in terms of its design. The use of the system is a result of large repetitive areas of slab to be constructed either in low or high-rise. The tables cover over 90% of the area with the remainder to be filled by site.
