High and mighty, its double volume ceiling plays a huge role in defining the character of this

residence as the space is supplied with abundance of glass and mirror features. The design

of its living room has essentially increased the flow of natural light into the deeper parts of its

interior, hence creating an airy, comfortable ambience to the residence. The wall in which

the TV was mounted on is an intriguing feature wall with the blend of materials used by the

designer in capturing the contemporary vibe as lighting fixtures are used to accentuate the

lines of its design.

虽然项目每一层的面积不大，可是高挑的天花板就很好地隔开了住宅的不同楼层和用途，也好让户外

的自然光线透过大面积玻璃穿透而进。电视背景墙成为了客厅的主题墙，设计师运用了数项不同的建

材，最终得以围绕着简洁明快的设计取胜，搭配淡雅柔和的色彩和深色镜面更具延展空间视觉的效

果。下垂的吊灯和嵌入灯给人丰富的层次感，使空间变得活跃。

Top RighTa stylish egg-shaped lounge chair wrapped in bright red upholstery becomes the center of attention in the white backdrop.高档的鲜红色鸡蛋椅成为了纯色背景的焦点，有机的外形和一流的舒适感肯定带来舒适的生活体验。

BoTTom LefTSmall but efficient, the dry kitchen is fitted with custom cabinets and island counter, adding valuable functional space.干厨房的空间虽小却实用价值高。特别订制的橱柜和吧台为此增添更多实用空间。

BoTTom CenTeRPosh finishing touches are provided onto decorative details of the home theatre, displaying the sophisticated side of its design.高雅的面饰处理雕刻出影音空间的品味，让这里展示了截然不同的独特设计，同时包含了影音空间应有的性质与特点。

BoTTom RighTA functional study is furnished with a custom desk and cabinet combination as the wood-based finishes provide a sense of comfort.书房的书桌延续了储物柜的设计。原木色系为这严肃的空间注入舒适感，而这选材也与橱柜和地面相符，打造一致性的视觉效果。

Its prominent wood-based finishes and earthy colour palette made the

interior spaces appear warmer and more intimate. While the designer

aimed to create a truly inviting design, cream white and wood hues are

used in almost every space throughout this residence, which also helped

in expanding the interior visually, creating a spacious and comfortable

ambience which instantly puts people at ease.

这项目到处流露着原木的素雅，即便不是利用原木建材，设计师依然使用奶黄色

系搭配原木建材，达到视觉上的一致性。从踏入大门开始，设计师从玄关的设计

开始便让原木色、白色和奶黄色等一系列舒缓视觉的颜色引入了访客的视线，扩

大这空间的视觉感受。

The designer has exploited the rejuvenating aura in which wood-based

materials emit. hence, it is no surprise that the wooden element is also given

much prominence in the other spaces such as the dining room and kitchen.

to match its theme, the dining set matches its light brown colour scheme while

its kitchen cabinet sports a comfortable white finish. Meanwhile, the bedroom

sports a warm timber flooring and similar contemporary touches as it is accented

with lavish purple fabrics that added a hint of sophistication. As for the home

theatre, the designer has used similar earth tone finishes as the space is given a

noise absorbing padded wall feature.

在匆忙的生活中，原木可能是让我们回归平静的方法之一。因此，这项目的卧室设计

仍旧以原木为主，而墙面也利用了淡雅的纯色墙纸作为点缀，务求打造一致的设计。

至于次卧，设计师则在平实的空间中缀以高贵耀眼的紫色作为主色调，让沉稳的空间

散发活力。即使是影音室，设计师依然利用平实的色彩为主轴，达成一致的设计概念

之余，也不至于让设计过于突兀。
