The countryside around my village is green, with fertile fields and rich vegetation. Through my village flows a wide, clear river. It’s lovely for swimming. The fishing is said to be excellent too. The people are hospitable. I can’t imagine my life in another country without Russian friends, the Russian language, Russian frost and Russian cookery.
