Franciscan Monastery & Farm Community Riverside, CA (in progress) Planning and design of an Episcopal Franciscan friary, incorporating the restoration and expansion of the 1950s Church of Saint Michael’s in Riverside, CA, and conversion of the existing campus to a residential/teaching agricultural farm community.

Lincoln Heights Jail Adaptive Re-use Los Angeles, CA (in progress) Master plan studies for the adaptive re-use of the former 400,000-square-foot Lincoln Heights Jail in Downtown, Los Angeles. The original Art Deco building with the International Style addition is to be restored and converted to low-income and market-rate housing and a center for urban agriculture.
