TRIAL OPERATION

After initial running of equipments individually, the totalsystem is put on the trial run for specified number ofdays.

Protocols are prepared for the start of TO

During TO, performance of the system is observed andany discrepancies found are recorded in log sheet.

After successful completion of TO, protocol for TOcompletion is signed.

TAKING OVER BY O&M

Following successful completion of all facilities,for a particular unit, Projects Dept requests O&MDept for issuing Unit-wise Taking Over

Certificate (ITOC), enclosing the followingdocuments for all the systems/ equipmentspertaining to the specific unit

As-built Drawings, Manuals, Signed Quality Plans
