Out-Line

This procedure is a guidance of erection works for the cranes designed and built by KUMOH which will be supplied to OSX.

All equipments in cranes have been so precisely designed and manufactured that care must be taken to maintain their original condition even after transportation.

“Qualified SPECIALIST” is the person has got used to installing products, loading, starting on, managing, and cleaning and in good repair. Qualified someone needs to have full attention to contents included all the warning and processing to cleaning and in good repair.

• According to established safety process, someone needs to have educated or qualified about a circuit and ground connection, tag of equipment.

• According to established safety process, you need to have educated or qualified about managing protective gear and using.

• Need to have educated first-aid treatment.

1. General Matters This Procedure covers Site Erection for OSX Ship Yard Cranes.

Site Erection must be cause followings ;

1.1. Working area must be fenced off, and tools are also needed to be well organized.

1.2. All managers must be informed of work details in advance.

1.3. Assembly work should be done by skilled and qualified persons.

1.4. Check if all power supply is shut down before commencing any work.

1.5. Make sure of no persons staying under moving oad and at its vicinity.
