Terms of Offer 1. Rebate offer is redeemable only by end user on the purchase or lease of a new imagePROGRAF PRO-6100,

imagePROGRAF PRO-4100 and/or imagePROGRAF PRO-2100 large-format printer from a Canon authorized dealer or reseller. Purchase or Lease must be made between June 1, 2020, 12:01AM ET and July 31, 2020, 11:59PM ET. Limit of one (1) rebate per eligible printer. Cash value of 1/100 of one cent. The rebate amounts are as follows:

2. Refurbished, recycled, used, returned or reconditioned printers are not eligible. 3. All claims must be submitted online at acbpromotions.com/imageprografrebate within 30 days from date of

purchase. 4. To be eligible, submit a legible copy of your sales receipt, clearly stating the dealer/store name, purchase/lease date

and imagePROGRAF PRO-6100, PRO-4100, or PRO-2100 large format printer purchased and price paid. Handwritten invoices or sales history reports will not be accepted. Canon U.S.A., Inc. and/or its agents reserve the right to substantiate claims and/or to request additional identification and/or documentation.

5. For your records, keep copies of all documentation submitted in connection with this offer. All claims and their accompanying documents become the property of Canon U.S.A., Inc. and will not be returned.

6. Completion of all fields is mandatory. Incomplete claim forms and supporting documentation that do not comply with the terms and conditions of this offer will be rejected.

7. Offer valid to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. Rebate Check will only be mailed to a street address (except where prohibited by law) in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
