This rebate provides commercial end-users the opportunity to receive a $5 per case rebate when they purchase any combination of Ziploc® One Gallon Freezer Bags (94604), Ziploc® One Gallon Storage Bags (94602), Ziploc® Quart Storage Bags (94601) or Ziploc® Sandwich Bags (94600). Maximum rebate $25 U.S. per commercial end-user location. Offer valid on purchases sold through distribution, not valid on any purchases direct from Diversey or any of its subsidiaries. Offer valid on products purchased, while supplies last, during the promotion period 07/01/11 - 09/30/11. Limit one rebate per customer location, per calendar year; rebates sent to companies and institutions only, not to individuals or distributors. All rebates paid in U.S. dollars. All rebates must be completed and signed by end-user operator, and must be received in end-user operator’s envelope with return address. Rebate certificate must be completed in its entirety.
