This Two-Way Commercial Radio promotion includes all CP200d, SL300 and VX-261 radios. Promotion is valid from February 3 - March 31, 2020 at 4:00pm EST. Eligible radios must be claimed in groups of ten (10) same-series radios. Not valid with any substitutions or deletions. This offer is subject to product availability and is not valid with any other offers. Proof of purchase (sales invoice and radio serial numbers) are required and invoices must be dated during the promotion period. Multiple sales receipts/invoices allowed per claim. Additional terms and conditions apply.
MOTOROLA COMMERCIAL RADIO END-USER REBATEPROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Promotion valid only on the following qualifying Motorola Solutions new condition Two-Way Commercial Radios purchased by a Motorola Authorized Radio Reseller between February 3, 2020 – March 31, 2020.
CP200d Models: CP200d-AV PKG, CP200d-AU PKG, CP200d-DV PKG, CP200d-DU PKGSL300 Models: SL300-DV-2 PKG, SL300-DV-99 PKG, SL300-DU-2 PKG, SL300-DU-99 PKGVX-261 Models: VX-261-DO-5 PKG1, VX-261-DO-5 PKG2, VX-261-G6-5 PKG1, VX-261-G6-5 PKG2, VX-261-G7-5 PKG1, VX-261-G7-5 PKG2, VX-261-DO-5 PKG1, VX-261-DO-5 PKG2, VX-261-G6-5 PKG1, VX-261-G6-5 PKG2, VX-261-G7-5 PKG1, VX-261-G7-5 PKG2
2. The Authorized Reseller will receive a $500 rebate on all qualifying CP200d radio models, a $400 rebate on all qualifying SL300 radio models and a $200 rebate on all qualifying VX-261 radio models with each qualified claim of ten (10) same-series radios. Authorized Reseller credits End-User’s invoice for the rebate amount when the End-User has qualifying purchases for rebate.
3. Rebate claims must be submitted on behalf of the End-User by the Authorized Reseller from whom the End-User purchased qualifying radios. NOTE: Authorized Resellers must submit claims within 30 days of the customer invoice following the process below.
4. To submit claims, Authorized Resellers must email [email protected] and supply all requested documentation.
5. Authorized Reseller credits End-User’s invoice for the rebate amount when the End-User has qualifying purchases for rebate. Authorized Reseller emails [email protected] to submit a claim and is to provide the following information:
Proof of PurchaseProvide copy of End-User’s invoice showing applied rebate. End-User invoice must include the following:
• End-User Company• End-User Name• End-User Business Title• End-User Address• End-User Email Address• End-User Phone Number• Quantity of CP200d radios being claimed with serial numbers• Quantity of SL300 radios being claimed with serial numbers• Quantity of VX-261 radios being claimed with serial numbers
6. Rebate claims will be validated based on qualifying serial numbers. Authorized Reseller will be notified once claims are approved. Please note that the Reseller’s account must be current and invoices must be paid in full.
7. Claims, including valid and complete supporting documentation, must be entered by 11:59 pm EST on April 15, 2020 (“Expiration Date”). No exceptions will be made for expired claims.
8. Proof of purchase (sales invoice and radio serial numbers) are required, and invoices must be dated during the promotion period. Multiple sales receipts/invoices allowed per claim. The Authorized Reseller that issued the invoice/sales receipt must be the same Authorized Reseller entered on the online claim submission form. Pick tickets/packing slips are not acceptable.
9. Serial numbers of all radios submitted for rebate must be included in email claim submission. Serial numbers of radios submitted for rebate must have been purchased from Lenbrook during the promotion period. Duplicate serial numbers will not be honoured.
10. Please allow 6-8 weeks from receipt of a valid and complete submission to receive your rebate(s). Rebates rewarded from the same submission will be issued at the same time. Rebates will not be issued until invoices/account is paid in full.
11. This promotion may not be combined with any other promotional offers and is not transferable. Any requests that do not comply with the terms of this promotion will be rejected.
12. Lenbrook has the right to require additional validating information that may not have been required at the time of claim or profile set-up. If any information cannot be validated by Lenbrook, the Authorized Reseller’s claims will be rejected.
13. Lenbrook reserves the right to modify, withdraw or cancel this promotion at any time, with or without any prior notice. Please make a copy of all materials submitted.
14. This offer is subject to product availability.
15. The promotion excludes rental fleet purchase models.
