PROGRAM OVERVIEW:Buy any handheld STIHL Battery KombiSystem tooltogether with any STIHL Lithium-Ion battery, from anyparticipating STIHL dealer in the U.S. or US Territory, duringthe time period April 1, 2012 through September 30, 2012,and you qualify for a $100 mail-in rebate. Completed rebaterequests must be postmarked by October 31, 2012. Pleaseallow 4 - 6 weeks to receive your rebate check.

CLAIM PROCEDURES: To submit a rebate claim under thispromotion, visit www.stihlrebate.com to review therequirements and qualifying purchases for the $100 mail-inrebate. Qualifying purchases include a STIHL HSA 65 hedgetrimmer, FSA 65 trimmer, FSA 85 trimmer, MSA 160 C-BQchain saw, or BGA 85 blower, when purchased togetherwith a STIHL AP 80 or AP 160 battery. Simply follow theinstructions on the “STIHL Battery KombiSystem RebateOffer” form to submit your rebate claim. Proof of purchaseand additional information are required.

Claims must besubmitted and postmarked by October 31, 2012. STIHL Inc.reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions ofthis promotion or modify or end this promotion at any timeand without notice. This promotion is only valid whilesupplies last at participating STIHL dealers. QualifyingSTIHL Battery KombiSystem tools and qualifying STIHLLithium-Ion batteries must be purchased together from anauthorized STIHL dealer within the 50 United States, theDistrict of Columbia, or other US Territory. For any onecustomer, there is a limit of ten (10) rebates for a $1,000maximum, as long as that customer meets all of thepurchase requirements and complies with all of the Termsand Conditions. The limit of ten (10) rebates could bereached with one purchase of 10 qualifying STIHL BatteryKombiSystem tools and 10 qualifying STIHL Lithium-Ionbatteries, or with multiple purchases where the customermeets all of the purchase requirements and complies withall Terms and Conditions, and where the $1,000 maximumrebate over the course of the promotion is not exceeded.This promotion is open to individual end-user customers,small businesses, governmental, municipal, institutional,national account, and nonprofit/BAA organizations.
