Giving Buyers a Grand EntranceThe front door is usually the first feature of a house that buyers see and

feel. How do you ensure it makes a grand first impression? That’s easy.

• Put on a fresh coat of stain or paint to door and frame.

• Replace worn or faded door handles and locks.

• Install a brass kick plate at the bottom of the door.

• Clean the exterior door frame. Make it shine!

These may seem like little things. But they can make a big difference to the first impression your house makes on potential buyers. Good first impressions will have a Buyer wanting to see more!

2014 is winding down, but there’s still plenty to look forward to, especially if you’re thinking about real estate. Maybe you’re looking at homes for yourself, or maybe you know someone who wants to move before the year is over. In either case, I’m happy to provide whatever real estate advice and knowledge may be required.

I’m here to give you top real estate services, including information about the latest trends and market activities. I am also available to help anyone you refer to me. I want to help you, your family and your friends; because sharing my real estate expertise is my passion and what I like to do. Just give me a call.

Respectfully,Rebekah Snipp

Referrals are the bloodline of my business. I appreciate you keeping me in mind for any family, friends, and co-workers that are considering purchasing or selling a home. Building clients for life, while giving back to the

community I serve. Be sure to ask about the “Free Local Move Offer” I provide to all clients that purchase or sell a home with me as their agent. Some restrictions apply to the Free Local Move offer, so please ask for details.

Say Goodbye to Summer Movie a Success!

Our second “Say Goodbye to Summer Movie” at the Athletic Club pool, featuring Rio 2, was a great success! Movie goers enjoyed free popcorn and drinks while lounging pool side watching a family flick under the stars. Many movie buffs also floated in the pool while enjoying the movie.

A HUGE “Thank You” to Amanda Harris with Off to Neverland Travel for making this event possible!

AHS Class of 2015 Project Celebrations and the JROTC Organization is hosting its first Zombie 5k Fun Run on October 25, 2014. We are actively searching for competitors for this monstrous event! This event is being held to generate much needed funds to host 752 graduating seniors that will be attending Atascocita High School’s Project Celebration in May 2015 and to assist our JROTC with needed activity funds. We would like them all to remain safe while celebrating this milestone before moving on to bigger Academic and Life Changing Adventures.

This event will be our largest fundraiser. We are looking forward to having such a fabulous event that it will be continued in years to come. You can walk or run, sorry but no strollers will be allowed due to zombie chase. Anyone under the age of twelve (12) must have a parent or guardian to accompany them.

Visit our Registration page at Active.com to pay with Credit/Debit Cards (there will be a small transaction fee for this service).

Please feel free to contact Cheryl Rea at [email protected] or by phone at (281) 852-3069 with any questions.

HOLIDAY SEASON IS HERE!

It’s hard to believe we’re in the last quarter of the year. The Holiday season is here. Allow me to thank so many of you for trusting The Tracy Montgomery Team to represent you in the sale and purchase of your homes. We feel blessed beyond measure to live and play active roles in the community. As I drive through our community I’m uplifted as I see your homes and think of the friendships we’ve built.

With all the “spookiness” that Halloween brings it can bring family and friends together. From pumpkins to candy corn and from costumes to parties it’s one of our nations favorite holidays. Here are some ideas to bring added fun to your Halloween season:

Like ginger bread houses? Have some fun competition with the kids or neighbors and see who can make the spookiest house from graham crackers.

Getting bored with your pumpkin carv ing? Try carv ing a gord , watermelon, or squash. Instead of your typical jack-o-lantern find stencils online for carving everything from birds to Harry Potter.

Have kids that like to cook? Make your own traditional treats; lifesaver necklaces, candy corn, taffy, caramel apples, and more.

Thanks again for the referrals and the opportunities to help you and friends with all your real estate needs.
