Driving Directions
Mississippi State Hospital is located 10 miles east of downtown Jackson. Exit I-20 at Airport Road and travel two miles south on Highway 475. Turn left
onto Highway 468. The hospital will be in view at this point. Proceed to the main entrance for
further directions.

CHRISTMAS HOUSE Each year, more than 2,000 generous people visit Missis-
sippi State Hospital during the Christmas season to provide activities for the more than 900 individuals we serve.
If you or your organization are looking for a service project or a way to make a contri-
bution, we would like to extend an invitation to you to join us this
Christmas season!
HOURS OPEN DAILY:
December 1 - 20Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

While we encourage and appreciate free giving, please see our list of acceptable items for patients.
Also, for our patients' safety, remember all containers should be plastic, and all products should be alcohol free. Please do not
send sharp objects or any items in glass containers. * Gifts in BOLD are special requests or needs of patients and
residents.
Monetary donations are always accepted and may be designated for a specific Christmas activity or used to purchase gifts for patients and
residents. You can designate an honorarium or memoriam in an individual’s name. Friends will send a card to
acknowledge your gift. All contributions by individuals and businesses are tax deductible for income tax purposes.
