• The Sanction Detection Rate is being measured as a Lead Indicator for Offences Brought to Justice.
• There is a backlog in updating CIS/NSPIS Case Prep with the outcomes which is having an affect on measuring OBTJ performance.
• During April and May 2009, 90 Restorative Justice Disposals were issued.
