Dear parents,
“Education is all about being a better human and a better citizen.”
As stakeholders we all aim at providing the best learning environment to the students so
that they bloom to their fullest. The educational programmes here are designed in such a
way that students get hands on experience so that the learning will be quick and
permanent. An array of activities planned at the beginning of the academic year, make
the year a memorable one for all. The year gone by has memories which will be
cherished by one and all. Academic excellence, was reflected in the scores obtained by
our students who made it to the National & International levels of various external
exams. Participation in school Annual Concert and various month end competitions and
assembly programmes brought the talents of the students to the forefront. The moral
duty of every citizen, to help the under privileged ones, was well understood by our
children as they became a part of ‘Newspaper Collection Drive’ for the helper staff of the
school and supporting the education of under privileged children. The Blood Donation
drive on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti for the past four years in the school premises
sensitized our children towards their fellow beings.
Thus the students are given ample opportunities to develop their social, aesthetic,
cognitive skills so as to make better citizens of tomorrow.
We are determined to make our school a better institution
with values that prepare children for all challenges. This is
not possible alone by myself, but with the support of you,
the PTA members I take pleasure in thanking each one of
you for your contribution in whatever way, to make our activities a grand success. All
your efforts, hardwork and dedication have made us scale to greater heights.
Thank you can be short and easy to speak, but memories are truly endless. Thank you
for supporting me all the time. My sincere gratitude to our parents for their numerous
contributions to our school in the various activities.

The theme of the School Annual Concert of the primary section of SKKES for the year
2014-15 was “EARTHOHOLICS”.
The aim of the program was to sensitize our students towards the hardships of the
farmer families. The program began with a prayer of gratitude to all the 5 elements of
nature, i.e air, water, soil, sky and fire. The compering done by the team of the Kapil
Sharma Show left the audience in a hilarious mood. The tools used in the farming were
put up in the form of a fashion show. The different process of the farming was
wonderfully brought out through dances of different regions. The students of Std.I
displayed the bounties of nature i.e Fruits, Flowers, Vegetables and Farm animals. The
aerial act during their performance was an icing on the cake. The Power Point
presentation added a special flavour to the programme. Chief Guest for the day
Mr. Stalin touched a chord, with his concern on the environmental issues. The presence
of the team of School Management encouraged and motivated the students. A few

Principals of ‘T’ Ward schools also graced the occasion. The efforts of all teachers along
with the Headmistress of Primary section made the show a huge success.

Vacation is the best time to give your child exposure to different indoor
and outdoor activities. To make the most of this valuable period, the
school has organized camp from 12/3/15 to 31/3/15
The activities scheduled for the camp are as follows:-
Skating Trekking
Karate (Self Defence) Rifle shooting
Adventure Activities – Rapelling, Valley Crossing & Rope Climbing
Watch your thoughts, for they become words.
Watch your words, for they become actions.
Watch your actions, for they become habits.
Watch your habits, for they become character.
Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny. It’s a great responsibility on part of parents and teachers to make a human society. We
should be the role models for our children as they learn only through imitation at this
raw stage of their life. It’s important to be disciplined in our actions so that the same is
absorbed by the child. Our day to day approach and behavior towards the kids can leave
an impact on their minds. So it’s very important to create a positive environment so that
the child grows up into a balanced personality. Proper grooming can build confident
and sound minded individuals. Let’s all put in more efforts to make sound individuals
rather that super intelligent robots.
“Speak to everyone in the same way, whether he is the
garbage man or the President of a University.”
