Based on reasonable and systematic service and know-hows, the products we handle vary in more than 40 product categories and 160 different types of steel materials, which enables us to distribute various steel products upon good understandings and capacity of the products.
대한금속은 40여 개 이상의 품목과 160여 개의 강철자재를 경계 없이 다루며 합리적이고 체계적인 서비스와 노하우를 바탕으로, 다양한 철강제품 유통에 관한 수용력과 소화력을 겸비하고 있습니다.
Out of the 5 million tons of plates the Korean steel mills manufacture every year, we distribute 10%, which amounts to 500,000 tons, while we import 300,000 tons from abroad.
대한금속은 한국 주요 후판 생산업체의 후판 총 생산량의 약 10%가량인 50만 톤을 유통하고 있으며, 연간 30만 톤 가량을 수입하고 있습니다.

CSR As a social enterprise, we avoid charity or one-off contribution activities that lack clear purposes. We believe that our social responsibility lies in creating a sustainable business with a progressive spirit that encourages a long-lasting mutual growth of the companies, the society and the environment. To fulfill our belief, we have concluded an annual agreement with the UNICEF to act as the official sponsor since 2006. Also, we collaborate with local galleries and the Busan Museum of Art in creating various exhibitions for the citizens to experience a wide range of art, actively pursue diverse social activities and charity in order to assist the people in need. We also offer our employees our utmost welfare support on employee residences, travel expenses, health screenings, physical and cultural activities.

Plate PipePlates usually refer to rolled steel, the majority being carbon steel, but it can also refer to high tensile steel, alloy steel and stainless steel. They are more likely used in building large structures such as ships, boilers, pressure vessels or bridges. Through our smooth and efficient inventory management, not only do we provide ready-made products but we also offer products of high-quality customization that meet the specified demands of our clients, be it steel types, dimensions or any other specifications, and deliver them to a number of renowned domestic and international manufacturing companies.
Pipes are used for basic structural purposes or passageways for gas or liquid. They are mainly used in construction, petrochemical plants, marine structures, ships and other various industries. The shapes, materials, dimensions and other specifications are determined by the purpose of use. We source our pipes from a number of certified manufacturers around the globe and supply them effectively, responding to the demands of our clients.
강판은 주로 압연 강판을 말하며 탄소강판이 주체이나, 그 외에도 고장력강, 합금강, 스테인리스강 등도 있습니다. 선박, 보일러, 압력용기, 교량 등의 대형 구조물에 사용됩니다.대한금속은 원활하고 최적화된 재고 운영을 통해 기성품은 물론, 고객의 요구사항에 따라 강종, 사이즈, 사양이 달라지는 주문품까지 상품성이 우수한 국내외 주요 제조업체 제품으로 공급하고 있습니다.

BarSection refers to rolled steel products with uniform cross sections for framing purposes, usually used as structural steel. Depending on the characteristics, they are categorized into normal or special steel. Its production undergoes stages of heating semimanufactured products such as beam blanks, blooms, and billets to a specific temperature and moulding them into required cross-sectioned shapes. They are produced into H, T, L or D-shaped steels, which relate to the shape of the cross section.
Bars are circular forged steel that have been rolled with rods. They are categorized into general structural and mechanical structural carbon steel.
단면의 형태가 일정하도록 압연해 만든 구조용 압연강재를 총칭하며 주로 철골 주조용으로 사용됩니다. 특성에 따라 보통강과 특수강으로 구분되며, 제강작업을거쳐 제조된 반제품인 빔 블랭크, 블룸, 빌릿에 각각의 온도로 가열된 뒤 특정한 단면 형태로 열간압연 하여 만들어집니다. 단면의 형상에 따라 T, L, D, ᄃ 형강등으로 구분됩니다.
봉상으로 압연 또는 단조된 강철로 단면의 모양이 원형인 강재입니다. 일반구조용과 기계구조용 탄소강재로 나누어집니다

We are responsible for managing and delivering an average of 1,000 to 3,000 tons of steel per day. We can also load up to 20,000~25,000 tons of steel plates either at our warehouse by the Masan Port or with the aid of our network. With our stable financing grounds, we proudly present ourselves as being the largest logistics company in the domestic steel industry.
하루 평균 약 1천 톤~최대 3천 톤까지 철강재를 관리하고 운송할 수 있는 능력을 보유하고 있습니다. 마산항의 전용 창고와 네트워크를 통해 최대 2만 톤~2만5천 톤의 강판을 적재할 수 있으며, 안정적인 금융을 바탕으로 대한민국 최대 규모의 철강 물량 소화 능력을 자랑합니다.
