• This is designed to pleat Non woven, Synthetic, PTFE, PP, PET, Paper, Mesh and other various media. Also, multi-layer pleating is possible through the reciprocate pleating machine

COMBINATION PLEATING MACHINE

• This equipment is the combination of HEPA Pleating Machine (Servo Roller Pleating) and Reciprocate Pleating Machine (Up & Down Reciprocating Blade), This pleats Non woven, Synthetic, PTFE, PP, PET, Paper, Mesh, Glass Fiber media, and more. Also, hot melt is dispensed as per preference as hot melt applicator system is installed. (Roller for pleating glass fiber is optional.)

• This is the industrial or automobile filter media pleating machine, paper media is pleated by the roller in high speed, The pleat shape differs from the roller shape.

• This is designed to produce filters that requires large filtration area and flow rate. • Instead of dispensing adhesive, aluminum separators are inserted between pleats.

• This is designed to produce aluminum or paper separators by continuously foaming pleats on them.

EDM PLEATING MACHINE

• The water filter pleating machine used extensively to filter the water in EDM Machine(Wire Cutting MC)

• Doublewin’s EDM Filter Pleating Machine will realize high efficiency through the wider filtration area & longer durability comparing the existing filter.

SIDE SEALING MACHINE

• The sides of filter are fully sealed by dispensing small amount of PU glue through Doublewin’s latest Side Sealing Machine.

• By using Side Sealing machine, it is not necessary to dispense PU glue repeatedly, it decreases cooling time, which results in improvement in productivity & decrease in net price.

• This automation equipment is designed to attach the paper frame on 4 sides of filters (for air cleaner, vacuum cleaner)

FILTER ASSEMBLY MACHINE

• This facilitates the frame assembly process of large or heavy weighted filter, such as air conditioning filter.

CABIN BINDING MACHINE

GLUE BINDING MACHINE(EF)

• This is designed to bind 4 sides of cabin filter, basically consists of rotary table(s), hot melt applicator, frame-strip supplying, and cutting station. By adding conveyor belt and inkjet print functions, the production process is automated.

• This is for automobile eco filter manufacturing, dispensing hot melt on both ends and attaching together.
