Farris, Secretary and Treasurer: Louis Harlow. Organization under laws of Arizona, January 19, 1901 Capital: $750,000. Par Value: $1.00 peri share. '. Property consisted of 5 claimS in Red Star Group and Calumet Group in Big Bug Mining District of Yavapai County, Arizona near the Silver Belt Mine about 4 miles north of McCabe and about 2 miles northwest of Humbolt Smelter. Possibly reorganized in 1906-07 and merged with Verde River\Copper Company, Cherry, Arizona.

LOCATION: Three patented mining claims called the "Smugglertl) TIRed star" and the "Eldorado" are apparently located in sections 7, 8, 17 and l6, 'T-13N, R-l-E. The only claim of conce~L herein is the Eldorado, which is locate~ .~ section 17 and is approxi­mately 2. ~ i:i:i.les west from the town of Humooldt,.
