CONDITIONS OF ENTRYEQUIPMENT: Plastic 40+ 3 star white balls shall be used in this event.

RULES: The Tournament shall be conducted under the ITTF Regulations & the Current Laws of Table Tennis for International Competitions.

REGISTRATION: All players must be registered at the TTV Tournament level - $50 in 2017.

COACHING: Coaching of players shall be in accordance with new ITTF regulation 3.5.1.3.

REFUSAL OF ENTRY: The Tournament Director reserves the right, in his/her sole discretion, to refuse entry by any player, and if the Tournament Director exercises this discretion, he/she will notify the player accordingly and refund any monies paid.

BY-LAWS: This tournament is conducted under TTV By-Law 2 - Member Protection and TTV By-Law 3 – Member Code of Conduct. It is a condition of entry that all players agree to abide by the relevant by-laws and are liable for any breaches.

FORMAT: Age Singles Events shall be conducted as a Round Robin format (best of 5 games). Group winners will go into the main draw, which will continue as a best of 5 games format. All Divisional Singles Events shall be conducted as a best of 5 games knockout format.

TIME: Players not ready to play when requested may be disqualified by the Referee.

EVENT CANCELLATION: If insufficient entries are received for any event it may be cancelled or only awarded a winner’s prize.

REFUNDS: No refunds shall be allowed to players withdrawing during the Tournament.

NO SHOWS: Entrants who do not turn up for events after submitting an entry form, or notify the TTV office of their withdrawal before the beginning of the event, shall be invoiced for their entry into the Tournament and the pay on the day levy.

ELIGIBILITY: If any player enters an event for which they are not eligible or an event they enter is not held they will be put into another appropriate event (if possible).

UMPIRING: Players will be required to umpire when requested by the Referee or Tournament Director.

NOTIFICATION: It is the responsibility of players to personally notify Table Tennis Victoria if they are unable to play in an event. Players must notify the TTV Office by the Friday prior to the event at info@tabletennisvic.org.au.

FORFEIT: Any player who has withdrawn from an event after the event draw has been completed will be considered to have forfeited from the event for the purposes of the ranking / points system unless the withdrawal was as a result of injury or illness. A medical certificate for the illness or injury must be supplied to the TTV Office as soon as possible after the event so the appropriate consideration can be given to the circumstances.
