its $oernents abilit& to ensure securit& and deelo(ent6

In addition oer three decades of deastatin0 3ar hae badl& daa0ed and destro&ed the Infrastructure of

Af0hanistan 7he dis(laceent and bloodshed resulted in the i0ration of illions to nei0hborin0 countries6

8o3 the countr& is oin0 to3ard deelo(ent and reconstruction but not all of the 3arlords and ared

insur0ents hae laid do3n their ars and resued their noral life full& (artici(atin0 in rehabilitation and

reconstruction of the 3ar stric%en Af0hanistan6
