Getting Started / Beginner

For users completely new to Office, these courses ensure you understand the basics. They are interactive with hands-on labs to help you practice what you have learnt. � hour

Core A comprehensive grounding in Microsoft products, many of these courses map to Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certifications. 4-6 hours

Intermediate Introduced for Office 2010 applications, these intermediate courses containing labs will take you beyond the basics. �-� hours

AdvancedFor Word and Excel 2002/2003 and most Office 2010 topics, these fully interactive

courses map to the Expert MOS exams.Advanced courses for Office 2007 are 1 hour task specific modules.

The eBooks contain a complete set of lessons working from beginner to advanced, while the courses are based on different levels and focus as illustrated in the following table:

Advice:Start with the course “Introduction to the New Microsoft Office Fluent User Interface”. This will teach how to find your way around the new interface. Follow on with “What’s New in Microsoft Office Excel 2007” to learn about the new features. To build on your skills choose from any of the other courses which you feel will be most relevant to your job.
