FORM I – “Creation” of Security Interest
This form is for ○ Creation of New Security Interest Record in Central Registry
Section 1: Description of the Property This section of the form is to capture information on Financial Asset given as security “by deposit
of title deeds” in favour of the bank/financial institution along with its boundaries.
For the sake of initial central registry registrations the immovable financial asset i.e. properties
can be categorized into either a PLOT UNIT or DWELLING UNIT.
Based on the nature of the property the user will furnish its corresponding details during
registration of security interest.
