Project and Building ConsultancyAs one of the Middle East’s leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancies, our project and building consultancy service is underwritten by a guarantee of knowledge, research, experience and professionalism. Our capabilities cover project management, building surveys, feasibility assessments, design, insurance reinstatement assessments, RERA approved audits and building inspections, condition surveys, defect analysis, development monitoring, risk assessment, technical due diligence, under construction reporting, life cycle costing, reserve fund analysis, fire safety, planned preventative maintenance and snagging inspections.

Property MonitorThe Property Monitor was developed by Cavendish Maxwell to introduce a transparent property data service to the UAE marketplace. Owners, tenants, investors and real estate agents can access real time property transaction data from across the UAE to help them make informed decisions based on actual market values and trends. The Property Monitor offers users the ability to search residential sales and leasing transactions across all major areas of Dubai & Abu Dhabi. Data is captured at every stage and our database of 12,000 property transactions is updated daily with over 800 comparable transactions added every month.

Development Advisory and Real Estate ResearchOur advisory and research team possesses the knowledge and network to deliver a wide range of services such as buyer profiling, land and development due diligence, partner procurement, financial feasibility studies, highest and best use studies, and transaction negotiation.

We work with leading property developers, hotel operators, investors, government departments and banks on single and multi-plot developments, master plans, economic zones and clusters.
