Exhibit Hall and meet with exhibitors providing services you may need. At 9:40am we will present a choice of

six breakout sessions. These sessions will be presented twice, back to back, so you will get the chance to

experience two of the following presentations.

Thursday’s breakout sessions include:

Friday’s program begins with breakfast, followed by a presentation by Alzheimer’s Community Care and Conference Co-Chair and Board Member,

G. Mark Shalloway, Esq. Alzheimer’s Community Care has extensively studied the ways in which our Family Nurse Consultants help caregivers to

manage the stresses and burden of caregiving, and how active participation in our Specialized Day Centers helps our loved ones to maintain their

cognitive and physical abilities for as long as possible. We will share how we are able to measure and analyze these approaches, and how we continu-

ally strive for the best possible outcomes.

After Friday morning’s Exhibitor Showcase, breakout sessions, again delivered twice, include:

Noisemaker New Year’s Craft

Supplies:

2 plastic disposable tumblers

colored electrical or craft tape

Things to fill shaker (I used pony beads and wood beads. Other suggestions: beans, rice, popcorn kernels, jingle bells, small stones) paint and paintbrush, or other decorations for outside of the shaker

Directions:

1. Begin this New Year's craft by filling up one of the plastic glasses with things that make noise. I used pony beads and wood beads, but other suggestions are beans, rice, popcorn kernels, jingle bells, or small stones. Place the other tumbler on top of the first one to enclose the shaker.

2. Next, secure the glasses together by wrapping the edges together with the colored electrical or craft tape. Press down well.

3. Now it is time to decorate the outside of the party shaker. Use paints and a paintbrush to add designs like I did, or try stickers!

4. Enjoy the midnight countdown!
