Anyone is capable of taking any class on the schedule but some classes are taught at a different pace than others and may require more modifications. If you have specific questions about any of our classes contact Dan Guthrie, Program Supervisor, at 513-745-6261 or [email protected].

Beginner Level classes are suitable for anyone at any fitness level but specifically targets participants searching for a low impact, slower paced class. Expect basic choreography and moderate intensity. Intermediate Level classes are suitable for anyone though may require modifications for some participants. Expect a focus on coordination and control of your body, more complex choreography, and a faster tempo.

Advanced Level classes are suitable for those with an athletic background or who are experienced with group fitness classes. Exercises may always be modified but will be presented at a very challenging level.

Individual Class Instructor information and level information can be obtained online at www.blueash.com on our Fitness & Wellness page. Levels listed above are generalized due to the fact there are multiple classes in each category.

PREMIUM GROUP FITNESS CLASSES

Hatha Yoga B IHatha Yoga takes a minimalist approach to burning calories, contracting muscles and stressing the body’s cardiovascular system while encouraging concentration on subtle energy flows that fosters an inner awareness of body position. It centers on static postures and fluid motions, emphasizes controlled breathing that draws attention inward and low-impact drills meant to strengthen body and mind. Indoor Group Cycling B I AA 50-minute indoor cycling class focusing on cardio challenges, hill climbs with varying speeds and resistance for all participant levels. Classes taught by spinning certified instructors.Tai Chi B I ATai Chi is made up of slow movements and breathing exercises. Designed to allow chi, or energy, to flow freely throughout the body. Tai Chi will improve balance, health, awareness, agility, and coordination.TRX Classes B I ATRX training is a type of training that uses your own body weight and gravity to build strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, core and joint stability, all while preventing injuries. The best part is all ability levels and ages can train on the TRX suspension trainer and achieve great results. Pilates ITaken directly from Joseph Pilates’ training methods, Pilates exercises focus on the core postural muscles that keep the body balanced and support the spine. Pilates teaches awareness of breath and purposeful, concentrated movement in order to strengthen deep torso muscles and “re-educate” the body to move in its most efficient way.

Before your first “hands on” training session your personal trainer will use the information acquired during the initial consultation to design a program for you. The number of training sessions you purchase is dependent on your needs. Individual trainer information and fees can be found below. Please directly contact the trainer best suited for your needs to set up an appointment. For general information contact the Facility Manager, Andrew Falk at (513) 745-6262.

Rates may vary slightly depending upon the type of session that is being offered (Yoga, TRX, Cycling, Kettlebell, General Boot Camp, etc).
